The Ultimate Laser Engraver \\ XTool S1

So far I've tested out basswood, plywood, black acrylic, clear acrylic, cardboard, card stock, and leather. With a little testing all have turned out great. I would highly suggest do test samples on each piece of material and thickness prior to doing the real thing. "It will save you tumblers"

**Just to clarify when engraving clear acrylic with a diode laser you want to focus the laser to the bottom of the piece, thus why at 4:30 I didn't not measure from the top but from the bottom of the acrylic piece.

Surprised to see this review pop up on your channel. I've seen lots of other channels review this, but they are more into woodworking. Do you see this engraver being integrated in things that, I at least, have come to your channel to watch or as another branch in the creative tree? - Chris

Excellent question. I'm branching out and just adding this to my ultimate DIY setup. Probably won't do too many engraving / welding projects but this next year there will be more broad range of projects.
