I feel like such a nerd that I figured out that you have Adventurer's Spring and Fairy Fountain from The Minish Cap, but not File Select. To be fair I played TMC (with headphones) very recently, though.
I think Wind Weaker and Phantom Hourglass have the best versions of the song. For some reason the phantom hourglass one in this video doesn't sound right, but it is a really great song especially if you listen to it through headphones.
Yes, Wind Waker's Fairy Fountain themes are all excellent. But Four Swords Adventures' Fairy Fountain would have to be my favorite, especially with the addition of the percussion and brass. Gives it such a determined, intense feeling.
You know, you missed a theme (which ironically is the best one, imo), the theme for the file select in LoZ: A Link to the Past/Four Swords for GBA. This theme has the best string instrument in the background, it makes the entire song really beautiful, a cut above the rest imo.

I began drawing, and I also began this life-long hobby for as long as I could remember, solely based on the creativity of animals, and well, Zelda. This theme enters you into a world of 'magic'.

In the past yes, the extra cost may have turn a few people off or prevented them from playing it (along with longest intro). But in this an day age there is no excuse not to play it. You can get VC for 10 to 15 us dollars (if your a pirate, emulated it).
If you have the time to go back to the part where Fairy Queen is played you can hear a tackling noise. Where I come from that's the noise fairies make, to what I believe is communication between them. I honestly don't noe how they emit it but I believe is by flapping their winds in a fast motion together. You may be wondering why I sound so sure... Because as a child I saw 3 of them ^w^

I put full blast on my big stereo playing this melody...i heard talking outside,so i looked out the window and seen multiple people standing out there,just standing there looking like they were heart pierced by this...so i played it one more time.
I can listin to 4 swords all my life knowing that there wasnt only 1 off me but 3 other personalities and that is something that makes you think about everyone and everything so you can try find you and your lost people #darkworld

Spirit Tracks is my favorite one on the list. It's also my second favorite Zelda game. The theme from Skyward Sword is also pretty cool.
