Dude, I worked for a vet many many years ago when I was 16 and I quit because of all the horrible things going on and one of them was they declawed cats and you know how they do it? They use dog toenail clippers and just snap them off with those it's horrible! And I can't imagine the pain! Thank you for bringing it to people's attention!
I heard that they literally have to break their knuckle in order to declaw them. Definitely super inhumane! My daughter wanted to be a vet...I talked her out if it.
I would have an exotic pet but i would risk them hurting me and just show them respect by reading their body language for when they wanna be left alone or are mad to a “safer pet”
I can imagine it's like when my teeth move closer together for my wisdom teeth coming in, and just 7x more painful. Or like when you're clipping your long ass, dirty nails, and you accidentally make em so short that it's uncomfortable as fuck.
I raise pigeons! 😊 And they're free to fly outside and come into the house at night. Also they can coo and dance all they want! Such great animals they are. So smart, loyal, and loving. Some even sleep on my belly or my feet. Sometimes I awaken to them on my head 😅😅
My cat got very excited when I told him about this. I think he wants his own pets, now. Well, his own poultry, anyway... I'm so sorry! It popped into my head, and, suddenly, I had written the above. I realize that a bird owner is unlikely to appreciate the joke, but I couldn't control myself. I still can't; I *will* end up pressing the reply button. I'll show myself out, right after, though.
My Moms best friend from childhood had a slow loris. Her and her husband never had any kids so they always had all these exotic pets. Her husband had a black panther that was legit chained to a billy goat named Gus. I’m pretty sure all the panthers canine teeth were removed but it was like a big puppy. I remember it dragging the goat all over. The loris just chilled In their house we were never allowed to hold it. They had a bunch of huge parrots too. Oxen was this beautiful deep blue color and he could talk. To my knowledge 35+yrs forward she still has all of the birds. Funny how you come across things that remind you of your childhood …

Educate people on what? You kinda gave the answer to educate yourself instead: People are not always kind to animals especially when money is involved!
As a bird owner, a majority of us hate wing clipping, and beak clipping is usually for overgrown beaks that prevent the bird to eat, people doing it to stop biting are evil
Unless for their actual health and quality of life, leave animals' body parts alone! We don't have the moral right to mutilate animals for our convenience or aesthetic.
@@Dan-dy8zpfixing them is actually necessary to some degree. Cats and dogs are invasive species, if they breed out of control not only will there be thousands suffering on the streets, but they will also knock out the local ecosystem. It sounds brutal but it’s a one time procedure with no follow up complications in almost every single case. It does also improve the health in some ways where they can avoid testicular or ovarian cancers. There is debate on how soon it should be done, my golden was spayed at a year and a half to prevent hip dysplasia(breeder suggested that) but I really haven’t seen any vets that are anti fixing for any reason. Every cat I’ve had has been spayed at 2-3 months which is young but that’s how it has to be when adopted from a shelter. In my hundreds of fosters the only incidents I’ve ever seen is occasionally a hernia will develop. Like 1/100 if that. It usually goes away on its own or they can surgically fix it if needed. I am extremely cautious about how my pets are taken care of, my aunt is a vet, I know almost as much as a formally trained vet does about cats, and all of my animals are fixed and that will always be the case.
A chickens and turkeys can breed because they're related to each other. I know this because if a peacock can breed with a chicken and a turkey, then a chicken can breed with a turkey.
Incredibly depressing video, and very unpleasant. I was just imagining what it would feel like to have your teeth removed, or your fingers cut off, solely because someone else wanted you as a defenseless pet. Pretty disgusting.
You partially clip the flight feathers. You don't remove them. And poultry beaks aren't trimmed, they are cut and cauterized. Trimming wild birds beaks it to prevent overgrowth os said beak, or for birds like parrots which haven't kept their beaks trimed due ilto the birds personality or lack of suitable items . Trimming a beak doesn't make it safer to handle, just allows the bird to eat. Trimmed or not a raptor or a parrot can cause massive damage including amputation of digits or for the largest at least half amputation of your hand
You can get a special collar for a rooster that doesn't hurt them at all. It just prevents them from filing their air sacks enough to produce a loud crow. They can make all other sounds, eat and drink. Take the collar off, they start crowing loudly again. You can even put a velcro backed bow tie on them to make the 'roo look fancy. You can teach chickens and other birds to wear a harness, light leash, and a 'diaper' on them when they are sitting on your shoulder or any other place you don't want them to poop. You have to do this when they are young to get them used to it. In the Hobbit, they had a rooster on a leash walking in the market, it's blink and you'll miss it moment.
yeah that sounds horrendous like having a belt around your neck that allowed you to breathe and whisper but never actually feel free to breathe or talk
@@AstraI1 It doesn't hurt them at all. If fitted correctly, you can slide your fingers underneath the collar. It's not a 'belt', it's a piece of velcro. They can eat, chatter, walk and run around, flap their wings, they just can't produce a loud crow with it on. People like you are the worst kind of 'animal rights' person, because you have no clue what you are talking about. I bet you have a fit about sheep being shorn, when in fact it's cruel NOT to shear them. Most wool sheep don't lose their wool on their own, so they have to be shorn.
@@AstraI1 I see you reported my correction to your comment. No, again, it doesn't hurt the chicken. They can chatter (I like listening to chickens chatter while looking in my face. 'Is that a fact? You don't say! I just wish I could understand chicken lol!) run around, get their wattles and comb rubbed and head scratched (which makes them sleepy enough to nap on your lap), eat, take dust baths, have fun with the hens, and do other chicken things. They just can't crow loudly. You should be able to slide a finger under the collar so it's not too tight. The minute you take it off, they can crow loudly again. I wouldn't put something on a roo that would hurt them.
I didn't report your correction or anything else idk if you understood my comment, you can do something that doesnt "hurt" but is uncomfortable, i attempted to show you a situation where you would feel the same way (but not be hurt) just because something isnt painful doesn't mean its not cruel. A muzzle on a dog, prob doesn't hurt but who would want to be tied up in one all the time. being in a prison cell prob doesnt hurt, but who wants to be locked up. You're placing limitations on something that wants to do something they're now unable, what does it feel like for the rooster when it goes to take a deep breath or w/e to crow but cant get it out it probably feels restrictive and uncomfortable. Im glad the roosters can breathe, and its def not the worst thing you can do to an animal, i think its similar to a muzzle i dont think you're intentionally trying to harm them, or a are a bad person. Im just saying I wouldnt want that done to me.
I find it quite uncommon for vets to do crimes like that luckily, if you go through all that schooling and you just want money you usually just become a doctor instead. There is the occasional scumbag who will though :(
So sad to watch this video. I got it how joker came to this ironic statement: We stop checking for monsters under our bed when we realized they are actually in us.
I have a pet turkey and two pet ducks and my turkey became my service animal and I love getting peiples reaction a 6'8 dude with a female turkey following me or chilling in my arms. Best part I made it legally my service animal as I honestly got the turkey earlier this year to harvest for Thanksgiving and now I can't as I've never seen another turkey act so lovingly as this one does. All she wants is to be petted and held or to just be near me and my brother.
Removing the stinger from a hornet. Like what the hell, your ripping out organs. It's still alive and conscious and can most likely feel it all happening. This legit made my stomach churn.
Who cares about dumb wisps and Hornets there better off dead honey bees and bumblebees on the other hand we need those 2 but wisps and hornets are just evil demons and yellow jackets
Well insects do not feel the pain as we do but that fact does not make it less fucked up. If you remove the stinger this way you kill the hornet. Those photos are most likely prank showing either the dead hornet or male hornet that has no stinger.
some birds require beak trimming also because they might have an off-set top or bottom beak that isnt aligned with the other. birds often have ways to grind their own beaks down so they dont overgrow, but if they are misalligned they can grow to dangerous lengths that make them non-functional.
When you get a bird the wings are clipped. By the time the feather re grow, they are tame enough the wings don't need to be trimmed again. Been there done that. Monkeys do not carry rabies. How would they even get rabies in the first place? If they did manage to get rabies (fighting with a raccoon perhaps?) After the incubation period, they drop dead, just like us. The bit on domestication was really interesting. You might want to cover the silver fox project etc. for folks who don't know. As far as reptiles and domestication I've read the ones that appear to be becoming domesticated are leopard geckos, crested geckos, ball pythons and bearded dragons. I find domestication fascinating and am glad you touched on it. See ya later.
Most of what you say is true but almost all mammals can get rabies rats monkeys wolfs bears even armadillos and platypuses so it's not how will a monkey get the rabies it's who it will get it from and they don't drop dead it's like a couple days when they become more and more aggressive and don't eat until they die
me too! I have 3 parrakeets but 1 just died due to age :( All my bird's wings were clipped and when they grew out, I never clipped them ageain, because I loved standing up after watching TV only to find a bird sitting on my head watching TV, too!!!
clipping the flight feathers is common with chooks. but being a flightless bird it ain't really that harmful, it just stops them from being able to fly over a fence or onto a roof.
True, it is sad, but if I remember correctly, the full video of this clip shows the bees creating a ball pile all over that hornet and toasting it alive as a defense mechanism.
I just looked at the snakes and went why do you want a venomous snake if your going to get wild caught snake and devenom it when you can get a non venomous snake that was generations in captivity that wont bite you and you just need to do research and care for it properly which is not that hard
Agreed. I heard that it rips out their insides at the same time. It was fascinating to see the stinger coming out and I feel bad saying this, but that was the one living creature I didn't pity because they kill bees...and when I say kill bees, I mean they will invade a whole colony of them. They are terrible and I still don't understand why they're a part of the food chain.
This is the most phuked up video you have ever put out. Thank you for having the balls to tell the people of the world the crazy crap we do to animals. I love having pets but we can not be doing these mutilation procedures to animals.
I guess I could get the hornet one because they destroy honeybee hives but if you don't wanna bird to fly then just don't have a pet parrot, like imagine if someone cut your feet off
So many cats and dogs forsaken on the streets, by humans, carrying the burdens of such a hard life. But people still have to keep buying animals, and not satisfied, buying wild animals, without a care in the world about how the animals got there. People are evil. They simply don't care. It's depressing.
The parrots and eagles show in the videos where going trough vet care and looked more like they where being sharpened or corrected nothing like the beak butchering the chickens undergo
If for some reason you cannot risk being scratched by a cat(maybe a blood condition idk), look in your local shelter. There’s almost always at least one there who comes in declawed. They’re usually older but you’re just gonna have to deal with it. They should never be outside unsupervised but with supervision it’s ok, they need their claws for protection and climbing away from danger. NEVER EVER adopt a perfectly healthy cat/kitten just to get them declawed. Vets who do that should honestly get jail time for animal abuse.
I have two cats. One can be quite moody and near-wild (if not, becomes a big suck), the other is very affectionate and sucks up most of the time. Now I have two parakeets (my mother wanted to get two, to "fill" a cage that was sitting empty for ten years (refused to put it in storage). They can fly (nothing clipped). Also have a toad my brother took from a park (closest one to my place), so it cannot be released back due to being invasive. It eats cockroaches and crickets. Anything wild that was born in the wild (not excluding the terrible fact that people abandon pets out IN the wild!) should stay there.
This is so sad :( why do people feel so entitled that they think taking away the animal defence is "okay". If you have to take away their defence mechanisms then you shouldn't have them at all?
The North American short-tailed shrew is also a venomous mammal that's saliva carrying a neurotoxin that can bring down many of its prey, which can include small snakes and rodents and fun fact these hyper little guys are FAST, like 17 MPH fast if they need to.
The trimming of beaks is mainly routine to prevent malocclusions of the beak, it is when your jaws are out of line due to overgrown teeth/beaks. It makes it difficult to eat, and cause animals to waste away from not eating; and can be more painful then not doing it (such as abscesses, mouth perforations). It is part of proper care for exotic animal care.
It’s so sad that the birds don’t have a proper health care in the wilderness. So many feral birds have malocclusions of the beak. 😏 I wonder how in earth they still survive from this congenital problem… 😂
?? break trimming is to correct a misaligned beak or remove over grown keratin because the bird isn't naturally wearing it down or its growing improperly due to past diet imbalances. No Idea on the chickens but parrots and hook beaked birds sometimes need it done
Bloodfeathers have a blood supply going directly down the feather shaft, and if the shaft is broken, it's essentially like poking a hole in an artery and sticking a siphon in it. The bird will slowly bleed out if something is not done. Luckily, the solution is fairly simple - pluck out the broken feather entirely.
A note to trimming beaks, it is also done to make sure the bird can eat. Because beaks grow. It's like clipping nails, if you trim it too far it will get damaged for sure though just provide your bird with sand sticks, a rock, or calcium/sepia bones
Wait a second here... ive always had lizards and NEVER had an issue.. except one male leopard gecko who liked to bite a lot.. me my wife his female roomates and my son once... his name was chewie and for a leopard gecko he was a Beast! Clipping the wings of very smart exotic bird can definitely be a sentence for it, if it was to get lose. It wouldn't be able to save it's self from a predators. I am glad we never clipped Henry's wings. He did get out! He didn't go far, bird needs to eat after all, and he loved cheese so a nice piece of guda and he came home. Clipping wings is wrong in my eyes.
Clipping the wings of parrots is horrible, but we had to do it for our chickens. They can't fully fly anyway so it stops them from being able to escape their enclosure.
If you can't love and care for an animal with all is parts them just don't get it. I've had sugar gliders before, and their nails and teeth are sharp, but I never would have removed any part of them. I love my dogs and cats just the way they are also. I had a neighbor who had their mini poodles voice box removed because he didn't like barking!!! That really pissed me off, and I felt so sorry for those 2 pups not being able to do what dogs do best. Barking can be annoying, but it's how they communicate.
What the fuck. I believe you but I didn’t even know removing the voices of dogs was even a thing. I knew people use shock collars for it which is also cruel but what the hell
For the love of God, please don't try to domesticate those damn nightmarish hornets.. We don't need some dipshit releasing / losing em, and it becoming a new problem of invasive species.
Okay, I'm going to interject here. Beak trimming is done because some bird's beaks will get way too overgrown, more commonly in captivity due to not having access to things that will file their beaks down...but definitely still happens in the wild...which causes them to become scissor-like. What you're showing isn't beak trimming, that is damaging the beak altogether, at least in the chickens. That's cruelty, not a typical beak trim. Google what birds look like with overgrown beaks. This prevents them from eating and they can die. As for the flight feathers, sometimes it's less dangerous to have them clipped than it is for them to have their flight feathers. It doesn't hurt them and when they moult, it does NOT expose their blood feathers. Blood feathers are exposed when they either hit something and the feather snaps too far back, if you clip it too far back, etc. the flight feathers continue to grow and grow. When the flight feathers do moult, it happens properly for the bird without the bird having any issues. Blood feathers you do need to worry about as they can bleed out too much and die. However, clipped or not, those feathers will moult the exact same...but they must be clipped by someone who knows how to clip them and not hit the blood feather. As for clipping flight feathers "being painful," this DOES NOT hurt a bird! It's like clipping your nails. If it is done properly, the bird can still fly, but just unbalanced. If it's done incorrectly, then they'll go to fly and fall instantly. It all boils down to doing things right and knowing what you're doing before you get it done. Do your research and ensure it's done properly! As a previous breeder myself, and one that was well known around North America at the time, I know a lot about birds. As for the other animals, I know nothing about. Couldn't say anything about them.
I didn't even watch the video but it's pretty obvious that wild animals are not meant to be pets. That's just common sense. Something people nowadays fail to understand
I tried to convince mother to not declaw our most recent cat. But mother was head of house and so she was declawed like the others. It makes me sad, they cant climb and whats the point of having a climbing cat post if they can only jump? I love when cats play with their claws, i have so many scars from my cats using their back ones to jump and climb in me, they make me happier than no wounds at all Maybe its a dang good thing i dropped out of animal science. I would never be able to dock a tail (unless for medical reasons such as happy tail infections or theyre a working dog like a herding dog), cut ears, or declaw. Also for those reading, heres a fun fact! If you own sheep, most of you have to dock their tails (deoending on how well they do without docked). If you dont, they can get feces on their wool which attract bugs and fly strike. As well as pigs, you may dock or curl them to prevent them from being injured, leading to infections or cannibalism by their peers
Keeping a lizard as a pet depends on the lizard. Bearded Dragons are probably a better idea than Iguanas, for example, as they're much more lax and easy to distract.
bearded dragons also stay a more reasonable size than iguanas. I definitely agree with you. Some species of lizards make great pets, like bearded dragons and geckos. some make horrible pets for most people, like chameleons and green iguanas.
I loved and still do love my late bearded dragon Lizzy, but giving a wild animal to a teenager and expecting them to figure it out is horrible, and resulted in both parties suffering. I was 15 when she developed metabollic bone disease due to improper feeding, because I wasnt informed on the diet of a bearded dragon, and although I did go through the effort to cure and raise her properly from then on, her spine was irreversably deformed. Watching her live the rest of her life in discomfort really gave me a lot of guilt, stress, and nightmares about if I ended up accidentally killing her. All of this was because she was passed to me from another owner, who also was not properly taking care of her. I love her so much, may she rest in peace, but if I could go back and give her to a wildlife shelter so she would not suffer a life with deformity, I would do it 100% without second thought
people are so cruel to the creatures and plants we share this world with. Humans are the most dangerous animal. We have the power to tear apart everything, absolutely everything. And we're slowly going in that direction.
Huge Slow Loris fan here. I have always been puzzled why people remove their teeth when that isnt even the source of their poison. Wouldn't just covering the poison glands under their arms accomplish the same thing without hurting it or permently rendering it defenseless? If this is the case simply putting a "shirt" on it or creating a girdle like band that is the right size to just cover the poison glands with minial changes to its natural appearance (develop on that looks like its natural fur) and no discomfort for the loris. You know how new puppys and kittens bite you while playing or out of fear/defense if they are not used ro you/humans yet? I didn't have to declaw/teeth any of them to get them to stop biting and scratching people. Sinple teaching and training just like kids. If I met someone knew and decided to painfully rip out their teeth and fingernails to make sure they are safe for me first might not make the best first impression and even years later when everythings cool you wonder why they still dont want to hang out they are thinking about how its your fault they have only eaten soup the last few years 😆 Once you form a bond/trust with the Slow Loris and it views you and other humans as family/friends it will stop trying to poison you. Since the Loris has to purposely load a bullet in the chamber accidental or playful bites will be no worse than getting nipped playing tug of war with the dog or getting scratched playing with the cat. This mean you willl only need ro use the gland blocking garb temporarily until you both gain trust. This is common sense not rocket science but some people are idiots and if your someone that needs to take a cats claws out because your scars of getting scratched you definitely don't need a Slow Loris with or without teeth and you probably dont need a cat either. I wish we had more expertise and resources pit into the exotic pet trade and made it a legitimate industry because the vast majority of mistakes and abuse would be put out of business by someone doing it right because the vast majority of animal people want whats right when given the choice but they have to be aware of it.
Wild animals raised by humans that are trained is what's classed as tamed. They are familiar with humans and in most cases can never be released into the wild. They are not domesticated like your common cat and dog that will seek your companionship
if you have to remove parts of an animal for it to be "safer" as a pet, than why even have it as one? it's just cruel and immoral.

@@ruanraath1161don't worry, your wife loves you not your..
Jeez, imagine the levels of chronic pain due to nerve damage from declawing and canines extractions. It must be unbearable!!
This is so very cruel.
Exactly I feel VERY bad for all these animals,* undeserved...and it's like if you have to remove these certain features from an animal why own it..
And they're free to fly outside and come into the house at night. Also they can coo and dance all they want! Such great animals they are. So smart, loyal, and loving.
Some even sleep on my belly or my feet. Sometimes I awaken to them on my head 😅😅
do they ever shit in your house though?
How sweet. 🥰
My God there's gotta be bird shit EVERYWHERE MY GUY! 😱🤯🤷♂️🤣😂🤣🤣

@@NippyNep…. insects are a type of animal…
Most people do that by fixing the animals. They don't mention that.

Incredibly depressing video, and very unpleasant. I was just imagining what it would feel like to have your teeth removed, or your fingers cut off, solely because someone else wanted you as a defenseless pet. Pretty disgusting.
@@KageKobushi you said it. depressing and
disgusting what some people do to animals.
Mean people suck. Also I have a pet lizard myself, he's living a much better life than the one he lived prior to me
You can get a special collar for a rooster that doesn't hurt them at all.

The fact that most of these are done by vets.... breaks my heart...why vets will do this for money knowing this ruins the animals. Shame on them.

So sad to watch this video. I got it how joker came to this ironic statement:
We stop checking for monsters under our bed when we realized they are actually in us.
I think it is cool😂 and would love to meet her… however there only ADA approved service animals… dogs and mini horses
Yea try making the same relationship with a male and see how much time you last without getting attacked 😂
These practices are pure animal abuse. People who hurt animals can hurt humans. Stay far away from any people that hurt animals.
Agreed
Mutilation?
We don't have rabies in Australia, so a platypus should never be in risk of contracting it.

clipping the flight feathers is common with chooks. but being a flightless bird it ain't really that harmful, it just stops them from being able to fly over a fence or onto a roof.

True, it is sad, but if I remember correctly, the full video of this clip shows the bees creating a ball pile all over that hornet and toasting it alive as a defense mechanism.
Taking a birds calls and songs is like taking a person's vocal cords
You forgot the poor little ferrets. They have to be neutered and descended before pet stores can sell them.
If its too dangerous to keep as a pet, then dont do surgery, just leave it in the wild
I just looked at the snakes and went why do you want a venomous snake if your going to get wild caught snake and devenom it when you can get a non venomous snake that was generations in captivity that wont bite you and you just need to do research and care for it properly which is not that hard
Not even non-venomous, entirely toothless one. There is snakes that are completely harmless to cats or even rats.
This is the ONLY video I can’t finish. It makes me sick
Those giant hornets do indeed deliver a lot of venom that's otherwise mostly harmless
Removing the stinger on a wasp or a bee will kill them.
Im not sure what's happening if you cut the end of the stinger.
I think big one can live without them
Some Wasps can survive without it
If you need to surgically modify an animal to safely keep it as a pet then you may want to consider a more harmless option like a bunny or a fish.
Removing a hornet's stinger seems like an extremely cruel action to me
The parrots and eagles show in the videos where going trough vet care and looked more like they where being sharpened or corrected nothing like the beak butchering the chickens undergo
I would like to believe this gets seen every one with internet access.
"Wild animals you can maim because you are stronger than they are!"
Their heart beats are over 1000 a min so it's a speedy critter.
i subscribed because you clearly care a lot about animals
The "t" in "often" is SILENT.
😏 I wonder how in earth they still survive from this congenital problem… 😂
this is literally terraria having a hornet as a pet that follows u around protecting u only the OG terraria fans will know
4:33 why are they so cute 😭
While wasps and hornets do attack bees, theyre really good garden guards against aphids and caterpillars and other bad-garden-pests
2:04 I do this, for I can have a pet wasp and it won't sting me. (And becomes friendly all times automatically, too.)
?? break trimming is to correct a misaligned beak or remove over grown keratin because the bird isn't naturally wearing it down or its growing improperly due to past diet imbalances. No Idea on the chickens but parrots and hook beaked birds sometimes need it done
yes bro why keep these animals as pets if u are going to abuse them
This is so cruel this is why bees and wasps hate humans so much 😢
Bloodfeathers have a blood supply going directly down the feather shaft, and if the shaft is broken, it's essentially like poking a hole in an artery and sticking a siphon in it. The bird will slowly bleed out if something is not done. Luckily, the solution is fairly simple - pluck out the broken feather entirely.
Ahhh Steve Erwin video bit, Crikey to you ya blessed Aussie
A note to trimming beaks, it is also done to make sure the bird can eat. Because beaks grow. It's like clipping nails, if you trim it too far it will get damaged for sure though
just provide your bird with sand sticks, a rock, or calcium/sepia bones
This entire video disturbs me and makes me feel sad. I can't finish it.
I wouldn’t pull a sting out of a bee nor would I clip the feathers of a bird. I would let my birds fly free

Clipping wings is wrong in my eyes.
humans are the real animals
Clipping the wings of parrots is horrible, but we had to do it for our chickens. They can't fully fly anyway so it stops them from being able to escape their enclosure.
This video should be shown in every school.

Hey man, I haven't watched in forever but I thought I'd give it another shot. You got rid of the swallowing sound intro thing! I love it...
I love when cats play with their claws, i have so many scars from my cats using their back ones to jump and climb in me, they make me happier than no wounds at all
Maybe its a dang good thing i dropped out of animal science.
Thank you for mentioning the reasons to not feather or beak trimming
im just shocked and speechless wtf

Oh I really don't like learning that people devoice birds. I have 8 parrots, their singing so beautiful 😢
some birds do need to have their beaks trimmed cuz it grows too much, but mostly, it's not good to do it without need or veterinarian advice
If I met someone knew and decided to painfully rip out their teeth and fingernails to make sure they are safe for me first might not make the best first impression and even years later when everythings cool you wonder why they still dont want to hang out they are thinking about how its your fault they have only eaten soup the last few years 😆
Once you form a bond/trust with the Slow Loris and it views you and other humans as family/friends it will stop trying to poison you.
