Truly, a hidden gem........this is really great.....on par with Nat King Cole's version. Few know about this version, as I believe, it came from a Radio transcription, and it was so good, the Commercial people at Decca Records kept it and released it as a "Sound Recording" record, even though it was a done for Radio. Great, whimsical, bittersweet and sad.....much like "September Song."
