    As a Personal trainer for decades I am always mindful of my posture. Everything is connected to our fascia.
    Here is a tip I do for my abs which is like doing a sit up while standing up, either walking or when ever I think of it. If you pull in the lower abs, below your belly button ...pull them all the way to your back and pull in a bit more :) and hold it as long as you can and repeat. I am unable to do floor ab work on my back due to hernias and this has helped define my abs and also holding planks for 5 minutes each day has helped my 57 year old midsection.
