For trail shoes you should reallyyyyy try the New Balance Fresh Foam x More Trail v3! They were so amazing for me when I first started training for my first 10km last summer. Grippy enough for trails but extremely cushioned which is good for a heavier runner prone to shin splints like me! Honestly couldn’t say enough good things about New Balance and Phily Bowden uses them and I trust her opinions 👌🏻 Nike is great too and I still use loads of their stuff but it’s not known for being massively cushioned. Keep up the amazing training you’re doing so great xx
