I seen so many videos like wise but your teaching method is very excellent. Three types of right back workout , how to use when to use such actions explanation is very easy to learn anybody .
awesome work, very detailed explanations. i like it how you teach which footwork applies to which situation. I hope you will be able to do another footwork tutorial on how to move very quickly from the left side of court to right side of court to catch a flat shot from the opponent. I can apply the type 3 footwork you talk in this vid to catch such shots when i start from the right side or middle of court. however, say when i serve from left side of court and my opponent return with a flat shot, i find this footwork is not sufficient enough to move quickly to the right side and return with a nice shot. i often have to run like a dog to catch those shots lol
@kowChan86 I am facing a problem when I have to play a net shot and then my opponent hits to the back of the court. Or when I am pushed to the back of the court and my opponent hits a drop shot. How do you transition from front to back or back to front in this case?
This demo contains some subtle details which makes it possible to do this difficult shot. Trust me, it looks easy without shuttle but with shutters it’s not as easy.

this is good for training my student
The shuttle would go out of the court at the second line then what is the need to go for scissor kick shot
Hi Sudharshan,
thank you for your comment. If the shuttle go out of the court then there is no need to apply the scissor kick jump :)

Waiting for left side of court!
