I chose violet because its not used in most maps and really sticks out to me more than yellow, all in the preferences though thank you for sharing

he didn't add yellow because it stands out he did it because its the fastest color the human eye can see first

You can download a roblox fps unlocker. By default fps is capped at 60

Try changing the color of the outline, your outline color might be on black and make the outlines less visible

I have "no textures" on in display settings. Everything in graphics settings is set to off except "enemy outlines" is on and "particle quality" is auto. Fov is 102

If you mean the crosshair, you can't turn it smaller. You can change the color tho

@@zippiedapie It might be my FOV. I have my FOV set over 100 and it might have made my crosshair look smaller. You can find FOV in display settings ingame. I hope this helps
