onyx081 Yeah, I'm really on the fence with this one. I want it to be good but the trailer gave me that 'X3' vibe. They managed to breathe new life into this franchise with First Class and Days of Future Past. Apocalypse stumbled a bit but it had its moments, imo.
They're re-telling a story covered in a different movie; are we really all that surprised there's some familiar beats to it? To me, it looks like they're attempting to right the wrongs done to one of the quintessential X-men stories and I'm willing to give them the opportunity.
wow.. people are rough on this, everybody including myself complained that there is to much cgi in these movies so they make something like logan which blew everyone away(great flick) and now everyone seams to be on this for not having enough cgi. I say you have a pool of great actors here so use them and keep it story rich and don't use over the top greenscreen fx. the only thing here I don't like is jennifer lawrance continuing to not want to wear the full make-up of mystic.. should have gotten someone else years ago.

Romeo315 That’s not true. He’s likes Logan, the first two Singer movies DOFP, and liked both of the Deadpool movies. He just didn’t like Apocalypse and isn’t confident in this film based on the creative team involved.

That... was... underwhelming. Sad to say. It felt like a retread of The Last Stand.

Tons better than Captain Marvel's blandness. This has character. Love the tone of it, and can't wait for Hans Zimmer's score.
This show needs to be at least weekly. If you guys are busy then hand some over to the female collaborate of your show

Coming off how much I liked Apocalypse I'm very excited for this. This trailer had a lot that sold me hard.
