Anyone else having trouble getting to the key on the boat in the middle of the water? I’ve done it over and over, grabbing on to the ledge and dropping on to the boat and it keeps killing me. Is this a bug??
You have to make sure that Lara's health is full before she dropped on to the boat, just give her a medipack before the drop and let me know if it works.

They knew about this and made improvements on these levels afterwards
