Most postal printers uses a combination of litography and intaglio printing to achieves its security features. It is most often printed on security papers similar to that of a banknote. They're often manufactured by the same printer responsible for making banknotes. I don't know why this guy is trying to make you think that stamps are made with just ordinary offset litho process.
@avcomth, could u plez elaborate more on what u know regarding the stamps printed on bond paper, securities and what this means to the people? Do we cash them in?, what do we actually do with them and/or how do we collect on these securitized stamps?
