your videos are great because you get straight to the point and deliver the information the viewers are after without adding in all that other shit that some channels put in just to make the video longer. you tell us what we want to know with most information possible without making it boring. I'm just getting into free diving for fish and this is by far the best channel in terms of accuracy and entertainment I have found so thank you and keep it up!
Incredible all-round content quality in ALL the videos uploaded to the moment, all original ideas, useful and thinking from the consumer/viewer’s perspective. Keep it up guys!!! Big figures will come with time! The Quality is there!!
I see everywhere freedivers encourage new divers to use simple snorkel without valves, but with no explanation why. Even my instructors never explained the reason and avoided answering it properly. I tried this simple snorkel in a freediving course and it was NIGHTMARE. Water went inside all the time I was up, even when the waves were realy low. Because it was short the waves splashed into it, and because it was flexible the tip turned into the water many time, and because it had no valve I got tired from pushing the water all the time through the tube waiting my turn to dive. So other than reliability (which isn't much of a problem from my 15 years of experience in snorkeling and from my father's experience of 30 years in scubadiving using those valves) I don't see any reason not to use it, especially when one floats on the water for some time before diving.
Snorkels with valves restrict airflow. Use a snorkel that has a larger diameter and has the least resistance when breathing hard. If you just want to snorkel and float around the snorkels with valves will be more comfortable for you.
Typically you want to go up a size in the foot pocket if you're using a 5mm sock. This works most of the time, however the safer option is to go to a dive shop that has the foot pockets you want and try them on with your 5mm socks. Different brands fit differently so it's hard to know without trying them on.
I personally use the C4 Fast 400s in soft and I really like them. I'm quite a bit lighter than you though, I'm about 60kg. The stiffness is really up to you. If you're a beginner or just doing freediving I would go with soft. If you already have experience and know how to kick with long fins, or you'll be spearfishing in areas with strong currents, I would go with medium stiffness. -Andrew
Depends on where you are. In British Columbia you can easily buy them online, just google "bc fishing license" and it'll be the first link. Residents pay very little for the year.
Definitely do not take a lighter to your mask if you're new and have no idea what you're doing, you can easily damage your mask. Just go spend the $5 to get a mask cleaner and it will do the same thing with no worries of damaging your mask
Totally agree, it's not required, just a good clean. More emphasis on anti fog was required. Spit is crap, use baby shampoo or a dedicated anti fog for clear lenses all day long
Bad advice. Don't use a lighter on a new mask. Instead, electric toothbrush with mask cleaner. Don't spit in your mask. It creates bacterial growth and it's gross. Do not put soap on your wetsuit. It can damage the membrane.

Get a bright orange or yellow float line, the remaining part at the surface will catch light and illuminate the rest down like a neon light.
Thanks for the info
gun, fins, mask, knife, belt and bag is all you need for start

Is it hard to get a license to spearfish in Canada ??

How can I order Sir?
I like your video
Thanks for watching
May I know what is the cost of this gear
Which speargun is that?
It's the Riffe Mahogany Competitor
Magkano po ang set Ng spearfishing
Why do people tend to use rail spearguns instead of pneumatic ? I always thought pneumatic is the most accurate.
