@@OldSchoolPrepper I'm here for the educational content you always provide (and the entertainment of your sidelong comments on occasion) but I appreciate the extra effort, and it does add to the overall vibe! The thumbnails are looking good too -- sorry I didn't comment on those before but I have been noticing!
I had the same liquidy result - apparently if vinegar was used to make the mozzerella then the whey can easily be too acidic to make a decent ricotta. I read to add more milk back into it & repeat the boiling process... I’m searching to find how much to add.
you are awesome too! I also found out your can make lots of cheese from dried milk....so next bunch of chesse vids will be on that....it's in the back of all our cupboards anyway!
Exactly! DUDE! Way! no Way! that's funny, Off topic, do you keep dried milk in your storage? apparently you can make a lot of fresh cheese from dried....imma gonna try it
@OldSchoolPrepper you know what? I sure don't. I should but i haven't loaded up. I keep more condensed milk than anything because I use it in baking. Definitely curious to see how that works
it's interesting how folks either like or dislike the background music. I can hear the words and others commented that they liked the music (as I don't usually do it) you are the only person (in almost 780 views) who has commeted the music is too loud. Makes me think it might be your speakers or headset.
The background ambient music was a nice touch. The comments also reminded me I need to pick up more dry milk!
I"m trying harder with my thumbnails and adding more music...you are the second person to commend on the background music, it's a keeper!

Nice. Do you ever make kefir? I drink it every day. Sometimes I strain it to turn into cream cheese spread.
I never have made Kefir, I have made Kombucha but I should definetly try making Kefir.
@OldSchoolPrepper Kefir has been a game changer for me in terms of overall health and wellbeing.
👍👍

@@OldSchoolPrepper Yes but not much. We have a dairy a mile away and the owners go to church with us.
