Thank you for this tutorial. A good place to start our troubleshooting...We've the same generator. After replacing our broken gas line the generator's performance is highly lacking. Wish me luck!
locate the air filter, follow it to the carburetor, and there will be a pipe by which the gas flows through. On mine, it's right under the START/OFF button, with a fuel pump. I bypassed it and gravity fed the fuel. But normally, the fuel comes from a seperate fuel tank under the motorhome
Darn, I don't know. Don't have the manual for it now...but I did before...I recall spending a while on google searching until I found it...but I didn't adjust the valves on mine
The RV itself or the generator? I don't think I have more videos on this generator, but I have a bunch of other videos on the same engine....and videos of the RV on another youtube channel
Hmmm....usually if that happens you just drained the battery. If the battery is good, connections are good then starter is burnt....sometimes it has a bad spot
@@Landon2islands If the battery was well charged, connections are good and starter turns slowly, then the starter is the problem (unless there is some internal seizure of the engine). Sometimes you can remove the back plate of the starter and clean the rotor contacts (where the brushes slide over). But usually, you need to replace the starter
okay you already got that figured out what why don't you talk about spark if you got fuel you got spark if you don't go to spark where's the points,...

The Generator has an Electric Fuel Pump Under Gen Set box! Two Bolts Hold it on! Take Bottom off Fuel pump and Unstick it!
Hey, thanks for the advice, will give it a try someday. I've just found it easier and more reliable to gravity feed it.
so, i have one of these on an 84 winnie cheif...1 i thought this was LP, 2 might i ask where on earth you fill it/where does it get fuel?

What are the measurements for the valve lash?

So I cranked mine 1 too many times an it no longer cranks what went bad?

Don't understand your message, but you might have fuel entering the cylinders but have no spark.

You adjusted the high speed jet…..how about the low speed ? You can see it in your video
