I came to Kolkata in 1959 with my Father and got admitted in a school in class nine ! My mother joined us after about a Year ! We used to get our lunch and dinner from Marwari Basa in Bangur building at Rs 0.75 per thali with monthly bill of Rs 45 per person ! The food served in thali used to contain about 3 type of vegetables, Dal, Kadhi, rotis of variety with ghee, one sweet dish ! Quality was so good that I cannot forget that at age of 75 years !

Unke bagal main sayed koi bag ka dukan hai and opposite main (matlab bagri market ke thik niche khilona ka dukan hai, road side). Aur ussi line main agar aap aur andar jauge then left side main badiya sa mithai dukan milega, actually do hai waha pe and dono ka mithai badiya hai.

I think such videos are made mainly for the promotional purpose unless how the can the video maker ignore the dark brown colour of the frying medium? The oil gets darkened leaving the impression that the oil is used for frying multiple food items. How far heigenic is this? Why didn't the video maker mention this at least for once?
Thanks for your comments 🥰🙏 one of my other customers mentioned the oil Firstly, I would like to clarify I make video as much to share my honest reviews and and taste of the food to all my views, especially we as UA-camrs we work throughout the day traveling, finding places in this Heat 🔥🔥🥵🥵 especially in this Summer we r holding camera, talking to the shop owner & customers who like to share their feedback about the shop too. as you can see in many of my videos, having said that I don't make videos for MONEY, PROMOTION or any kind of false video or try to support the shop owner in anyway, It's just that I must have missed out the oil part, since it was too hot and parking issue for vehicle and the market is busy, in many cases we inform the shop owners to use clearness and hygiene purposes. So this video is not a Promotional video, spending full day out in this such Heat 🌞🔥 standing out it's really not a joke or Easy. In my next visit I will surely pick this point out to the shop owner and ask him. Thanks once again I hope i have explained myself clearly. There is nothing hidden in my vlogs everything you see is on camera.🙏🥰

Once I went this Shop and order two pics of kachuri the shop keeper refused to give me two pics he forced me to take 4 piece. His behaviour is very bad the place where the kachuri was preparing is very dirty.

@@fantom6218 Such sweet memories I will try my best to visit the place thanks for the details. The biggest challenging part is Parking we don't get bike parking and the cops are all over the place just waiting to charge you fine. It's a hectic way to find parking especially for motorcycle 🏍️
