I really did struggle with chemistry today unexpected questions did appear, especially the last one which shouldn’t have been in the paper as it was to do with unit 1 not 5 !
I think mass has the unit of grams(g) and then we are calculating the enthalpy of water which has the units of kilojoules(kJ).Where did you get the kg from?
Which bits in particular? I’ve not done Unit 13 as an option before but will have some suitable content from Y13 A level I’m sure. Let me know and I’ll see what I can do 🤞🏻
I just scienced all over my classroom! Thanks! I'll go home and science all over my family!
What ever floats your boat…hopefully I helped in some way
YOUR THE BEST!!!!Wish you a bright happy healthy life filled with lots of success ❤
For 2nd q)
It should be 2 in front of HCl and the H2O
To become : Ca(OH)2. +. 2HCL --> Ca Cl2 +. 2H2O
Yes! I missed the 2 off the H2O…I’ll try editing by adding a note on the video 🤞🏻
@@BrysonChemistry NP 🤝🏼
@@BrysonChemistry thank you so much sir i really appreciate your hard work
18:12 I thought alumina was dissolved in cryolite rather than melted, to save energy?
It is but still needs to be heated even with cryolite, just not as much
@@BrysonChemistry ohhh okay! thank u that makes sense

I haven’t seen the paper yet but someone said they didn’t like Q5
@@BrysonChemistryYeah I mean it was half half,the topics you said you commonly see on papers like Hess law,we got that other wise it was okay.
Wait Sir, for question 9b ain't it 5kg because the specific heat capacity is KG per J ???

Acc wait ,the specific heat capacity does change we will always use that number with that unit wether or not we are using grams or Kg
@@HelloByeHi190 yeahhh I checked the mark scheme I was correct
@@m1ssingn025 what did you say?
@@HelloByeHi190 Sorry this is my other account I'm replying with the other is my school account my baf
Hi Sir have you got any more chemistry past papers left? If possible can you do one past paper for physics too please.
That’s my plan eventually but won’t be done in time for this year unfortunately! Good luck in your exams 🤞🏻
Can you please explain transitions metals for unit 13 C&D

thank you so much it has helped me alot and I know where im comfortable at.
Glad it helped!
thank you so much sir, appreciate the work
Thank you sir for the hard work❤❤❤
2:43 you made it wrong
It must be Ca(OH)2 + HCl --------> CaCl2 + 2H2O
Yes it is
Fantastic
