It will be the same as Alessio's, you buy it and get tokens from the event tab, then you can trade these tokens for limited tickets worth the same amount as the tickets you paid for it, but in limited tickets instead. Of course it's not 100% free, but these limited tokens can buy you something else.

The only problem of this skin for me is the sound of each skill... It's kinda silent and not as good as the sound of ice...
