Jake is super strong in fighting but I think his real strength is definitely his ability to lead and inspire his people. He's a genuinely good guy, and everyone can pretty much see that. Coupled with his physical strength, I think it's his leadership that makes him strongest. You don't get people that will follow you to the end of the earth like Big Deal will. And we know they're all loyal (not limited to just the top 6 executives), because when Sinu sold himself to the workers, he made sure to take the scumbags with him. To me, Jake's strength is not just limited to himself physically, but all of Big Deal. To have that many people who are behind you no matter what is exceptionally powerful. I'm not sure anyone else in the entire series has that. Definitely not Johan (lol). Eli has the core of Hostel B, but the runaway fams are not really loyal to him, just to their own people. Daniel has his core of friends from J high (Jay, Vasco, Zack...) who would follow him, but it's nowhere near the sheer amount of loyal followers. Vasco has Burn Knuckles which is a lot of people, but I feel like they're a lot more unhinged and prone to doing things on their own, compared to Big Deal. I'm not even gonna talk about Workers because aside from the core of Yuseong and Mandeok, they're pretty much all just hired with money.

Maybe Jake went all Gapryong mode on and thats why gun broke his jaw and beat him so hard , because he needed to stop jake's power up with a strong combo.

So, since if someone thats weaker fights gun, obv they wouldnt the gap in their strenght is much diff. However, the harder the opponent(s) gets for the UI user, the stronger the UI user gets.

Both eli and jake should be above johan imo. Eli hasn't used animal instinct yet and jake without his new powerup was still stated to be above jerry. That same jerry scales to mandeok who's narratively equal to eugune's brother who's above base johan without using his full power. Ui johan will probably loose against characters with higher durability since copying ui has its own drawbacks. For samuel, the more his self hate will increase,the more stronger he'll become so he too should be able to defeat johan.
