Richard co-wrote and sang backup on the track. This entire album is all collaborations with people, Eddie Van Halen, Jan Hammer, Cy Curnin of the Fixx, Dianne Warren and the list goes on.
Is Richard Marx doing backup vocals on this track?? Sounds so much like Richard on the chorus "Swear your love, share your love".... Killer track from an amazing album
Man, I tried searching for this album. Can't seem to find it. It's gotta be out of print. Ebay has some used cd's but shipping says over a month just to get to me lol.. Most are found in Japan, and Germany. At least I've got UA-cam to listen free, as many times as I want, and as often as I want. Cheers, from Texas, USA.
Richard Marx was truly a jack of all trades when it comes to music. He can write incredibly touching music, and his range in voice is phenomenal. I kinda relate Mr. Marx's musical prowess to that of Steve Perry, who also is amazing with lyrics, musical composition, and his voice is that of an angel. Lukather/Marx sounds very well put together, each feeding of each others energy throughout the song.
Bering a fan of Toto/Lukather, OF COURSE all credits to Luke (and Richard :-)) BUT: the synth makes the song ever more haunting; wonder who did the synth...
Superb album

+Vette_Dude84 That's sad man but that's exactly what's happening to good music at the moment. Its out of print, out of reach.
Yes, Richard Marx was on backing vocals, but most of all wrote the song. Just brilliant!
