My best break in recent 2 years was 28, made of 5 reds 4 colours. I think quality time spent is so important, I feel if I did 3 to 4 two-hour sessions per week I might end up with a 30 or 40 break, I just don't play enough

This is a great little invention and I tried to buy it about a month ago. But out of stock. So I came up with my own little invention. I put a piece of electrical tape about 8 inches or so long on my cue and by watching it I can judge whether my stroke is off or not. It's not as good as this little gadget but necessity is the mother of invention.

The pressure of the grip is how tight you hold the cue - most club players hold the cue WAAAAYYYY too tight, and move the cue WAAAAAYYYYY too quickly.
