CNS Insurance is an agency solely focused on commercial trucking insurance and insuring owner-operators and fleet management companies. CNS Driver Training Center is solely focused on the proper training of new and existing commercial truck drivers in obtaining and maintaining their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). We run a state-of-the-art training program with opportunities for CDL trainees to learn in a classroom setting or online, as well as practice on a truck driving simulator, all before stepping into a real semi-truck.
CNS Occupational Medicine is comprised of business and health professionals focused on delivering health and screening services for the construction, transportation, medical, educational, service, and manufacturing workforces throughout the United States.
