Anyone else notice the scenes are reanimated?! It looks so spot on the same that it’s hard to tell and I freaking LOVE that as a sign of it just literally being the continuation so many years later without looking like it’s been so long
Not just reanimated. I feel like they re-recorded even the audio. Cause it’s different from the blue ray I got and the one I’ve seen as a child.

@@byulow9905 same but sometimes I prefer the rawness of the audio on the older version. The way it includes some breathy parts the way Sawako’s voice actress acted in some scenes, the way Yana-chin and Yuzu’s voice sounds kinda rough because it’s so raw but it just makes it more emotional.

I still remember watching it on the days where I was barely holding myself . This show brought so much comfort and made me realise so many things . I cried, laughed and fell in love with them.
Time flies by so fast. Who knew that the first season was released when I was only in kindergarten. And now the year is coming to an end, and 2024 is coming, and I'm in my first year of college failing all of my subjects. Full of nostalgia and I feel like I'm old now.

I really want to thank all the people who made it possible for season 3 to come out just for this reason, 2024 is already a good year for me. Kimi ni todoke is by far the best shojo.
This anime gives me hopes for kaichou wa maid sama season 2. If they could made kimi no todoke season 3 after so long, for sure kaichou wa maid sama can right?😭 Btw, im excited for the season 3. I really appreciate people who started this anime after so long.

Kaichou wa maid sama was not that popular in Japan hence the lack of a second season so it won't happen.

Digo lo mismo, kimi ni todoke es mi lugar seguro, ver uno de sus capitulos es como un abrazo para el alma, la pureza e inocencia del primer amor, las primeras amistades... Es simplemente conmovedor y esperanzador. Es refrescante y calido a la vez.

Kaichou wa maid sama was not that popular in Japan hence the lack of a second season so it won't happen.
@@jacks2249There are multiple reasons that go into the decision process. Also, we are in a different era now - so the popularity of the series in Japan alone isn’t as heavily weighted as it had been in years past.
Personally, I think other shoujo series should receive an additional season over Kaichou wa Maid Sama - but that’s down to personal preferences.

I still can't believe this is happening. That this is seriously happening! I love this couple and the friendship and I just love this series. When it come to slow burner romances this is my baby. I love how their romance isn't force to make her feel worthy. Her friendship with him and her friends help her see how amazing she is, and she gain self confidence and I can go on, and on how I adore this show, and having season 3! Let go, it been so long 😭

I literally got so excited when I found out there was going to be a season 3 for this anime. This anime was the best one I’d ever seen and I was a bit sad when it ended but now I’m so happy to realize that there will be more. I thought about there being different voice actors which I didn’t want to happen but I’m glad to find out their the same. Thank you for all you hardwork for this anime. This is my favorite since the beginning, I hope that you guys can improve on what you’re working on towards this audience. I’m so happy for this new season! ❤️

finally my YEARS of waiting paid off...(i could cry) they even reanimated the previous moments which is hard to distinguish. it's very appreciable that, they strictly followed the previous animation style. can't wait for the full season to drop...AAAAAAAAA
Just so people are aware, the only reason it took longer was because the manga didn’t even finish till like 2017! There simply wasn’t enough content to animate when season 2 ended

I was already well into my 20s when i first watched this. I fell in love with it and I watch it often....the other day i heard of it having a season 3 coming out and I swear my eyes teared up and i had such happiness like an good old friend came to visit after an very long time.
What a blast from the past, thank you Netflix. I have the best memories watching this in middle school!!
Started watching the first season earlier this week and it’s very chill and sweet. Kuronuma is such a pure soul and genuinely nice guy Kazehaya is like proto-Shima from Skip & Loafer. But my favorite characters so far are Yano and Yoshida, the brash delinquents who have Kuronuma’s back.

I’m so happy this anime is getting a season 3. It’s so nostalgic for me, despite not liking how slow pace everything was. But despite that, it just reminds me of how simplistic, ordinary, yet important everything seemed to be while growing up. Hopes were high, and you had your specific friends that you believed you could take on the world with. Days like that, where things seemed more sincere, where it wasn’t just about money 24/7 or feeling like conversations have been reduced to “catching up”, or how work mainly takes up all your time. Those memories are bitter sweet, painful to remember but worth cherishing all the same.
I just watched both seasons, I'm so happy to know that a third season will come after 12 long years!! Hope other old anime make a comeback with another season or a remake

When I finished watching this anime, I wished that this anime had a third season. I rewatched it after a week, and wished the same. And to my surprise, I got the news that we are finally getting a S3. The way I smiled that day was the brightest lol
You know, if we consider Sawako and Kazehaya and everyone else to be 15 years old when the anime came out in 2009 and season 3 to kind of be a retelling of what happened, these characters are currently 30 years old.
Been rewatching this every year. Glad it paid off and Netflix noticed how loved Kimi ni todoke is.
