So good. Had exactly the wrist issue. Solved in a matter of minutes and got rid of tennis elbow at the same time. You can imagine the stress of using wrist.
Is the radially deviated wrist position on serve applicable to ALL serve types? In other words, slice/kick/flat ALL require the same wrist angle you mentioned above?
I think he's saying that you should only be raising your arm 10 degrees above the shoulder line. But you should be tilting your body laterally, so that your hitting shoulder is well above your other shoulder, and the shoulder line is nearly vertical. With the extra 10 degrees, your arm will be vertical to the ground. The mistake is to have your shoulder line horizontal and your arm vertical.
🤣Mistake 3 If Pro's tilt back at 45 degrees how do you want amateurs to tilt 50-60 degrees? This is a joke. Also if you want to have a tilt forward on the serve it has to do with the toss. Mistake 2 The abduction of arm on tour is 110 degrees in respect to tilted shoulders. It is not about how high the arm is at the serve but angle. The butt cap of the racket must look up not forward! Mistake 1 I will not give out all the info to this guy but again he is talking but this motion is called pronation and it goes left to right for righties or right to left for lefties. All tennis players that watch this BE CAREFUL !!! This guy talks smoothly and selling good.
I love this guy. No one explains the biomechanics like he does!!
5:43 that was some slick editing.
Grant: Watch out! There's a doppelganger out there! 😂

Not sure I understand what the ten degrees refer to in mistake#2…. Only raise arm ten degrees above horizontal?

I don't see massive serve power.
Everytime you went for the serve it almost hit the baseline
this bloke mu
This bloke missed every serve he showed us
