almost like red dead redemption 1 with new austin and neuvo pariso, have Tijuana and the border closed at the start and you unlock it eventually, would go insanely hard as a game, but i feel like they’ll go vice city & leonida state next which is already confirmed then back to Liberty City & maybe include liberty state this time around (or the tri state area like was originally planned for GTA IV) and then finally back to san andreas state, but since the most recent GTA is in san andreas and San Diego’s in universe counter part along with Tijuana both being either in San Andreas State or right next to it means we’ll be waiting a long long time to return to San Andreas
