- It was the longest 75 minutes of my life. I started drawing this animatic somewhere in the middle of spring. And it so happened that I finished it just as the manga Promised Neverland ended (which is very sad, because I love all these kids...)
In the" plot " of the animatic, I inserted the exact moment from the manga where Norman lies to Emma and wants to do everything his own way. I thought a song from Steven Universe would be a good fit, and I think I didn't miss it, which makes me happy)

“I always thought I might be bad, now I’m sure that it’s true. I think you’re so good and I’m nothing like you.” reminds me so much of that line Norman had about being a god or a devil and it’s so good this animatic is fantastic
Same though. When i heard that line with the animatic it made me cry. This song can be if not completely accurate to their relationship. I'm not a complete stan or shipper of Emma x Norman but i do ship it occasionally. I personally prefer to ship the three of them in a poly ship if anything but i like this ship too
@@GryphynTalon13 honestly I don't like shipping any of them because I love how pure and strong their platonic bonds are but I still love how it represents their friendship (also glad to know I'm not the only one who cried watching this lol)
