I did this when I was 11 years old and I had the chance to pet a penguin chick...so fuzzy...warm and lovable. I would do it all over again. I would recommend this because you learn a lot as well....YAY PENGUINS!
Carry it around in your backpack. 🤣 You’re hysterical. I want to take one home with me and squeeze it’s cute little tummy. I just can stop watching Disney Nature’s Penguins. OMG! They’re fabulous little characters. Hope to make it to Antarctica one day
Thank you so much for sharing this. So sweet. I’m not sure that little nip wasn’t just one of interest in you. Like many animals, birds are very intuitive and they can tell if you like them, which you clearly did. So cute My parrots use their beaks to befriend you and nibble with little kisses, to use as hands and fingers when climbing. Many people think they’re going to bite you but most of the time it’s just a way to get to know you. To see what you smell like, to play with you and to kiss you. That being said, they can also bite. Rex’s body language didn’t look like he meant you harm though. Absolutely adorable!
On the seaworld site there are two upclose tours for penguins...One that lasts an hour and costs $20.00 and one that lasts 45 mins and costs $60.00. Which one is this one?
It's the $60 45 minute one. I just looked at the $20 one and it looks like you spend time at several different animal areas as opposed to this one that's just penguins.
i am planning to go seaworld orlando in december 2019, do they still have this penguins Up-close tour available? i am trying to search for it on seaworld website and not getting through
My dad would LOVE this! He thinks penguins are "neato".
It was a really awesome expierence. They have a dolphin up close tour also but you aren't allowed to film for some reason.
