Ohhh my.. here in SE Tennesseee had constant thunderstorms fit over 24hrs, heavy rains and winds. Buy I had no idea there were tornados anywhere, this is the first I've heard. It breaks my heart for the families that have suffered in any way, they certainly have my prayers🙏 I remember those baby planters bring given moms with new babies at the hospital with a plant in them.. so precious! That's the tiniest buttocks basket I've ever seen.. its so stinking cute! You're right, the green stripe bowl is a 'beehive.' Wow.. the butter paddles! We don't even have A bag wall in our Good Will🫤 We don't even have decor.. period😑 Man I wish i would have kept my Coca Cola crates! I had one like yours, one that had no insides and i had a wagon made from one.. back in late 80’s to mid 90's. The 1800’s rare creamer is awesome!! The flow blue platter is gorgeous❤ Love The Bible! I collect bibles & old hymnals also. I have several bibles from the late 1800's. My favorite one is A small chunky leather back one, its so old the pages are literally brown and the ink is almost non readable, you have to have a magnifying glass to see any words! And the embossing on the leather is barely there anymore, so far we can't see a date anywhere. i just love that little bible tho. The pink & blue and the green stripe bowls are my favorite ones. Wow that lady hooked you up! Love the cover on the 'Child Speaker' book. The vanity tray Is gorgeous❤ That large piece is awesome, but that ladle Ohhh my!! Wow that slop jar😮 I don't know why but i call the ironstone ones slop jars and the enamel ones chamber pots🤷♀️ I guess because my granny had a chamber pot when i was little and it was the enamel one with the little red stripe, which is the one i want. She had running water but no toilet, she still had a little outhouse. That was my old granny, she passed at 94 when i was still a young teenager. She had the house with the super high ceilings, one light bulb inn the ceiling in a couple rooms, lamps & fireplaces in the others. Beautiful old large plank wood floors. That huge front porch with settings, big pecan trees in the front.. and her cooking was old fashioned. It was magical to me, because we had normal up to date things, and she still lived in that era! I love sinking down in her sofa by the fire looking at her old cards & pictures! I loved all her enamel kitchen things.. it was amazing🥹 Girl you truly had an amazing haul!! Excited for A tour! I've enjoyed the video so much.. and you're right about that hunt & feel of it all😊 TFS!

Good morning sweet friend 😊 so glad y’all are safe these storms are scary they’ve been everywhere praying for all affected areas 🙏 y’all got a great haul you probably know my favs lol I finally got a slop pot this past wk at an estate sale I got there 4hrs early & was 7th in line I grabbed it 1st she came home in the front seat in the seat belt 😂 the things we do 😂 I’ve got the bee hive pattern bowl I’ve been Blessed enough to find them @ yrd sales & estate sales 😊 those butter paddles are everything & the ironstone pc’s ❤ I pray you have a Blessed Mother’s Day sweet friend 😊 can’t wait for your home tour yes I’m guilty of already going summer I just wanted to get it over w/ so I can concentrate on other projects 😊
So glad you are safe! There were some crazy storms in our area (Barfield/Christiana), for sure. With hail and everything, and we were in the closet for about 15 minutes. We are feeling blessed, because it could've been much worse. I am praying for Asher, and also your hometown of Columbia. 🙏 On a lighter note, what a great haul! We keep missing each other in the same places. I was also at Four Sisters for the Pop Up Market, but closer to the vendors closing up, and I got some great deals. Luckily, I had a little cash on me, and one vendor accepted Zelle transfer, so that was good. But thank you for sharing, and I can't wait for your home tour! Have a wonderful Mother's Day! ❤
Zelle, ok I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I don’t know what that is but if it was the same guy he had a beautiful gravy boat. I might try again if they do it anymore. That situation is just heartbreaking. Praying for all involved.
I was in Athens, GA on Friday went to the Restore thrift store, walked around the dish shelf and there was a whole set of Johnson Brothers, Ironstone made in England (beautiful stamp) . I was just in shock thinking where would I put it, and this lady came running up with a buggy and the price tag in her hand $47 for 56 pieces. I helped her find all the pieces, it was everywhere. Just blew my mind. That's what I love about thrifting.
You might try laying the folding carpenter's folding rule flat and displaying some of your vintage postcards slipped in between the folds. Love your channel
