Delicious Ube Drip Cake
7 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup purple yam
1 tsp. ube flavoring
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup milk
1 and 1/2 cup cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cream of tar tar
1/4 cup sugar
Bake in preheated oven 350 F. for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
