This is a great video. My royal icing dries so quickly that I can never do the wet on wet technique without having a rough surface when it dries. Any suggestions as to how to get the icing not to crust over so quickly? thanks

How long will the teal icing stay fresh in the bag? if you have to wait 8 hours will it still be pliable when the cookies are dry?
You need to seal the bag of icing. Tie it with rubber band around the end if it.

Make your royal icing wetter so it won’t dry that fast
