- This morning, I went outside to go to the nearby market and also to catch some beautiful fresh air. On my way back home, I stopped to take some pictures of greenery to share with you. This morning when I woke up, I recognised how, despite having the freedom to do things my own as a housewife, I had unknowingly tied myself to a regular routine. It's quite simple to start complaining about one's day or routine and forget about all the good things one has in their life.
As soon as I got back to the house, I decided to start cooking up something scrumptious. In order to finish off my thali for lunch today, I'm going to make some recipes that are really fast and simple to put together.

Aloo Recipe - 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp methi, 1 dry red chilli
Salt, Sugar ½ tsp, Hing ¼ tsp, Roasted kasuri methi ½ tbsp, 3 tbsp mustard oil, Green chilli (optional), 1 Inch ginger finely grated, 1.5 cups water
¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp gorom moshla (garam masala)
Homemade DIY hair oil - 2 tsp kalonji (Black onion seeds), 2 tsp methi seeds (fenugreek seeds), 1 small to medium onion, 300ml coconut oil
