You see the difference with Brian Cody is that he believes in what he just said whereas the majority of Businesses leaders solely want to make profit under the guise of whating to improve people's lives and do better for humanity. So many of these leaders put words up on paper and in reality will walk on their employees every chance they can get to save money and get more hours out of the workforce at all costs.
