Great collection of tunes. Thanks for sharing. I stopped DJ'ing in 2003 and fell out of touch with tunes between then and now. I used to love playing vocal tunes, and have managed to pretty much replace my collection with mp3s from pre 2003. Wish i could find 'best vocal tunes of 2004', and same for every year up until now (excluding your content). Got the equipment now and need to get fully up to date. Thanks again, very helpful, especially with the track listing!
Every time I find this mix it takes me right back to sitting with some of my best buds on the 4th floor of our office on Lexington Ave. We were working on the technology that helped all the major studios make the transition from linear television to digital. Without that software I'm not sure the likes of Disney, NBC, Warner, etc would have gotten their back catalogs online as fast as they did. We used to work late drinking and partying in the office, talking about the future of technology. Crypto was just hitting the mainstream and Disney+ didn't exist yet. I often think about Andy Bernards quote from the office “I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them.” I couldn't wait to leave that job, but in retrospect I was having some of the most fun times of my twenties then. discovered this about 3 years ago, playing mediocre FPS games and looking for gaming mixes. listened to it whenever i played for a while, and it somehow helped build focus. came back to it today the quality hasn't changed, and it felt nostalgic. went back to the old games, the music still somehow gets me focused and reactive. don't know how, but this is the best collection i've found on youtube, and i'm glad i rediscovered it. thank you

@Frisson This has been one of my go to running tracks over the last 2 years. It is consistent BPM for the most part and I adjusted it to 155 to match my pace. Its hard to find consistent BPM mixed tracks these days. Thanks.

@Frisson This has been one of my go to running tracks over the last 2 years. It is consistent BPM for the most part and I adjusted it to 155 to match my pace. Its hard to find consistent BPM mixed tracks these days. Thanks.
