Good call with a power button discharge. I have never done that because I never remember to do it since we don't open laptops for a living but I'll remember next time when I install my RAM on the new laptop sometime this week.

Open it and check the label on it RAM.
is this Inspiron 15 3520 Core i3 - 1215U ?? or Core i5? if that core i3, is that works with 64GB RAM (2x32). need info, thanks
