It’s not guilty, the cashier was not wearing glasses and there are plenty of people with brown hair, people who are blind can’t see freckles, the cashier is lying and Joe doesn’t fit the description, she said “friends are biased” while she’s friends with the cashier, and the friend said he wouldn’t lie

had to watch this for english. just gotta say, the prosecution was so flimsy. obviously Joe and Sam are friends, Joe spent 8 hours at his house. There's so many reasonable doubts that the jury would have to be insane to find him guilty.
