Easy Classic tile using Crazy Huggins as a String

- I love the classic Zentangle patterns that I learned when I first discovered Zentangle. One of my favorites is Huggins and “Crazy Huggins”, which uses a crazy grid. It is especially fun to use Huggins as a string, adding other patterns inside of it.
Patterns used:
Huggins, Florz, Fescu, Meer, Pepper, Flux, Bales, and Knightsbridge
Supplies Used in the video:
A 3.5” Zentangle tile (or any paper of your choice)
Black Micron 01 pen (or your choice of pens and colors)
Graphite pencil
Blending stump
Optional: Colored pens or pencils
Most patterns that I use can be found on the Tangle Patterns website tanglepatterns... or on the Musterquelle website: www.musterquel... The Musterquelle site is in German, but you can change it to your language as needed.

You are as close to perfect as humanly possible. Never doubt. You are fantastic to watch.
🥰😘 Thank you very much, Arlene. Your comment has made my day. 💜💜
What a fun pattern. Thank you for making my Sunday morning peaceful and quiet as I took to pen and paper and followed along. Who knew ? ;)
You're welcome! I appreciate your comments and I'm very happy that you enjoyed this video! 😊❤
I so appreciate your tips: aiming the pen toward the line when making an aura, focusing on the endpoint when drawing a line. So many of your tips have added confidence and much better lines… You are a very good teacher for my less imperfect tangling.. thank you!!
Thank you so much. 🥰 I teach what I’ve learned from other CZTs and I’m happy that these tips have helped you. ❤️ Happy tangling!
Thank you Barbara, You always help me see the benefit of slowing down, I struggle with crazy Huggins 🤠🤠🤠
You are so welcome! The nice thing about making it "crazy" is that you don't have to worry as much. Thanks for your comments! :)
Thank you so much for the regular pace and lack of music. I learned a lot! 💖💖💖
You're so welcome! 🥰 I appreciate your comment. I try to make it easy to follow.
I love this tile, can’t wait to try it, it’s such a peaceful art to do,
Thanks for the inspiration and thank you for not having music playing,
Hugs. Maggie

I have watched this tangle numerous times from numerous people and this is the first time mine came out pretty, great videos. Thank you
That's awesome! Thank you! 😊 I'm so glad that this was helpful to you! ❤
Barbara, you are fantastic! The reminder of not crossing lines makes the connections for Huggins so easy! Thank you!
You are so welcome! ❤️ I’m happy that it was helpful to you! I appreciate your comments. 🥰
Love this one! Must try it!🇨🇦
Thank you! 🥰 I hope you have fun with it.
Thank you Barbara, love your videos!
You are so welcome, and thank you! 🥰❤️
Thank you, Barbara, that was a lot of fun. I love Huggins, don't do it often, since it confuses me at times. But you explained it very well, also the way you did it, it made much more sense to me, and I followed along. Got big, since I am working on a 4x6 index card. Lots of them to fill in, but that is what I wanted. Also, I liked your Florz version with the dots instead of the diamond shape. Love it! :)
Thank you so much, Ingrid! 🥰 I’m glad you enjoyed it. I’ve had fun all week playing with it. I did a big one in a notebook! 😁
Thank you. This was so fun and your instructions were fantastic!
Thank you so much! I’m very happy that you enjoyed it! 😁❤️
Bonjour Barbara ! Merci 🙂
Thank you so much! I'm very happy that you enjoy the videos! 😊❤ I appreciate your kind comments.
Adorable tile Barbara! Thank you!!🎉❤

Barbara I love this! Thank you so much for teaching it.
You’re so welcome, Victoria! 🥰❤️ I’m glad you enjoyed it.
I did this with you, but I used my sketch book and made a 4.5 x 4.5 square and filled it in so I had a lot of practice, then I filled it with the patterns until it was full, I did add orbs to a couple of them. Looks pretty good for a beginner...I love it! Thanks so much and I love the speed so I don't get lost, I love that there is no distracting music, I love your calm teaching and explaining voice...so...to sum up...I love everything about your channel!!!
Thank you so much, Anita. 😁 I love reading your comments and feeling how much you enjoy Zentangle. I’m so happy that you found my channel. ❤️🥰 Happy tangling!
I love Crazy Huggins... it's my go-to pattern :) I really enjoyed watching you. Thank you!
Awesome! Thank you! My grandchildren also call me Granny! 🥰
First video I watched of yours. Love it!!❤
Yay! Thank you! 😃 I'm glad that you enjoyed it and hope that you find more videos that you like. Welcome to my channel, where we don't expect perfection.
Wonderful instructions and a great idea! Thank you! 😊
Thank you very much! 😊 I’m glad you liked it. 🥰
I can do normal Huggins but crazy was just horrible every time I tried. I now know where I went wrong. I was putting in all the orbs first and then joining them as you would normally. But because they are not in a formal pattern it gets too hard to match up and I would muck it up every time. Doing it this way I got it right first time. So thank you so much. 😊
You’re so welcome! I’m very happy that the video helped you do it! 🥰❤️❤️
I love this one!!
Thank you!! ❤️🥰 I’m happy that you liked it! 😁

😊Fantastic ❤❤❤❤I loved the 6-sided tile it was just delightful. Did you cut your own? I really appreciate your approach to doing zentangles and your quiet, calm voice as you talk me through the process. Have a blessed day. 10:26
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. 😊❤ I have a Cricut machine that I used in the past to make some of my tiles. But I've also bought them from other CZTs. If you're interested, I've bought tiles from CZT Romi Marks (The Tangled Yogi). I contacted her today and she said she will have more tiles in stock next week. She uses a good quality paper for her tiles. www.tangledyogi.com/shop
Muchas gracias me ha gustado mucho ❤️
You’re welcome! 🥰 I’m glad you enjoyed it! 😊
A lot of fun! What was the German site you mentioned?
Thanks! I'm glad you liked it. The links to the pattern sites are in each video description. I just forget to mention it. The German site is here: www.musterquelle.de/ It has some great options for searching by pattern type. And you can switch the language to English. Have fun!
Thanks!
