This song should give you a positive opinion of the GREATEST ENTERTAINER that has ever lived. I have followed him since he began his career. I love this beautiful man
No one will ever compare to Elvis. His vocals cannot be matched. This song, what now my love, proves that. Elvis is a legend and the end of this song is incredible. Please react to more of this concert, aloha from Hawaii
Never a voice coach.. just a God Given Talent..and to this day no one can match this man . My Mama raised me on Elvis.. Thank you Mama. Every person should hear this mans voice.. he was incredible.. I remember like yesterday the day he died.. I was 10 and I just remember my Mama losing her mind that day.

Elvis WOW!, What Now My Love. The crescendo in this song makes my soul want to jump out of my body. I am 54 years old and fell in love with Elvis when I was 5 years old. I can't stop loving this man. When I die and meet my maker I hope he is kind enough to take me to my dad then Elvis.
That was one of his really powerful performances. You really get to hear his range in this song. This helps to prove why he was, is, and will always be the best!
With Elvis, one song is as Great as the next! He was a wonderful great performer as well as a great lover of ALL people! ELVIS you will always be missed and number 1 around the world!!!!
Jane H commenting ….. I saw this 1973 Aloha concert when I was 21 …. Saw it in New Zealand, along with many other New Zealanders. It was just mesmerising. Elvis looked incredible & sounded phenomenal. Oh my goodness, the utter joy at watching this concert has remained with me throughout the decades. Have loved Elvis since I was 15, & am now 72, & will go on loving him, his voice, & his performances. Gospel was his favourite music, & he & his backup singers would sing Gospel before Elvis went on stage at any of his concerts, because amazingly, he was a shy introvert & would get nervous & anxious before he went out. Gospel calmed him down & so did prayer. And after each concert, Elvis would sit up all night with musician friends & he would get on the piano, or his guitar, & sing Gospel to relax him. Gospel was his happy place. His marriage broke up in 1972 & they were divorced in 73, so I am sure he would have felt the emotions of that when he sang this song, which he sang magnificently. Thank you for another great Reaction. I love your enthusiasm, & love the way you break down his vocal performance.
One of my FAVORITES. I saw this entire performance live when I was 5 years old. I remember my mom saying "the whole world is watching this man sing right now". From that very young moment on, forever and EVER an Elvis fan. That voice, that passion! Thanks for a wonderful reaction!
Yeah this was definitely one of the all-time greatest Elvis high notes ever. It was the ride. He did his thing for several minutes and that ending came out of nowhere which made it that much more intense tragic and final.
that's the one thing about Elvis -- how he ended some of his songs -- did you hear his shout for the ending of Sweet Caroline (ua-cam.com/video/4svYQC2cLyI/v-deo.html ) ; i think the best is his growl & what followed for Blue Suede Shoes (Hawaii) at ua-cam.com/video/piV65dSJdoU/v-deo.html go to 11:36-11:56; AMAZING!!! never did it before, never did it again - not to be overlooked
Easily one of the top’s no doubt . This was the rehearsal concert before the Aloha concert and in my books the best rendition of this song. The voice quivers and hits the high notes on demand. The key is on demand If needed and the king delivers!
I've seen a lot of people trying to sing this song but I will tell you Elvis is the only one who can pull it off because he puts so much passion and emotion and power in his voice he just has a way to make you feel it deep down in your heart and soul and nobody does this for me except this beautiful man

Elvis was a great soul and I was 9 when he passed I cried so much. I was gonna marry him same age as Lisa Marie lol. Nobody’s life is the same. You will figure out. It’s like he had 3 personalities. Lol. I love love love if I Can Dream. I like. It all. He was just special. Love your reactions.
He gets so totally into it, when he, and his band and singers and the orchestra, make music. Every cell in his body gets involved with his singing, as well as every other person on the stage. Wonderful to see, for sure. Yeah baby!

Yes you said it in one Elvis was so much more than people gave him credit for.He had the most amazing range and flexibility with his voice 😍 fabulous just fabulous thanks for a brilliant reaction
I watched a documentary about elvis an it said that he attended church at a black community church. I believe he embarrassed that, because I believe that is what he felt and from out of that is where the soul he has when he sings comes from. So much passion. I believe that he was welcomed in that church and he loved how free their worship was. I believe that's what he wanted everyone to feel. In a time where the black community was not so welcomed. He had soul because he embarrassed those people he went to church with. They taught him right. The song if I can dream that he sung, I believe that he really wanted that. He fought for his black back up singers. I think he just loved, and he sang with that kinda soul, gospel background, he attended a black community church, and that is where he found his sound, and love.

Great video! I've been a huge Elvis fan all my life, remember the exact time I heard he died, but the past month or so I've been researching everything possible, and listening to everything possible, and I can say without a doubt he was sent here by God at a time we all needed him, and he is probably the best male singer of all time. Plus an absolutely incredibly kind soul who gave away most of his fortune to his friends and charity

I'm so excited to see you back on your Elvis journey!!! You've been missed. You ain't heard nothin' yet. In checking your playlist, I noticed you haven't reacted to any "Baby Elvis". This is both sides of his first professional recording. It includes a slide show: Elvis Presley - First appearance on the Louisiana Hayride - October 16, 1954 (5:14).
Hi. I love your thoughtful, heart felt reactions. The backing singers are gospel groups hence why they sound like a choir. Elvis chose his backing group/singers very carefully. The male quartet is JD Sumner and the Stamps (JD is the mega bass voice but there is another bass in there. He loved bass voices!). The female group is The Sweet Inspirations (who sang on so many hits it's insane) and the beautiful Soprano voice which you can hear is Kathy Westmoreland. They are all incredible and successful groups/singers in their own fields x
President Pat: I'm one of (at least Minnesota's) biggest Elvis Fan! Maybe could you please react to both the 1972&1977 versions of "How Great Thou Art"? And I'm so happy you're back! THANK YOU!
Je suis une fan française d'elvis, je l'adore depuis toujours. Son interprétation de la chanson de Gilbert Becaud "Et maintenant" est juste sublime. Quand j'écoute Elvis, j'ai les larmes. 😍
I’m so happy I found you as I was watching Elvis Videos. People like to vilify those that can’t defend themselves, not that Elvis would’ve. He was a regular man with faults just like all of us. I would encourage you to read & learn for yourself about him as he was a very down to earth & uncomplicated southern gentleman. He was born and raised in a Christian & humble family. His World was his Mother, Gladys Presley who died at age 46. Elvis Presley died Aug 16, 1977 at age 42. You can see the difference in him in his latest videos, especially the ones at the Concert on June 21,1977. He was bloated & swollen. I remember the media calling him fat but it wasn’t fat, it was his heart. He didn’t die from a drug overdose but rather a heart attack. His doctor prescribed him sleep meds so he could rest as he worked till late at night performing. The same doctor prescribed him meds to ‘help him wake up’ after the sleep meds left him drowsy which likely contributed to his early death. It’s amazing how the press stirs in an attempt to ruin a man’s reputation for a story but in 1977, that’s exactly what they did. His daughter, Lisa Marie, recently died with ‘issues with her heart’ and they went after her in the same way. She lived just a few years longer than her Father & Grandmother. Elvis kept the same childhood friends and family members with him during his entire life. The Colonel who handled all his business & some personal affairs was later ‘discovered to be a con man’ who wasn’t in the USA legally, made more off Elvis than he often did. Elvis was never musically trained but learned to sing, much like Whitney Houston, in Church. He was a generous man who gave away lots of money but nothing compared to what he gave that no one knew about until after his death. He was always polite & kind and to my knowledge never cheated or hurt anyone. He never spoke against anyone. He was political though I know the Murder of The Rev Martin Luther King JR was extremely upsetting. He wasn’t allowed to attend so he watched everything in front of his television. He sang the song, ‘If I can Dream’ as a tribute to Dr King, standing firmly against Colonel who threatened to quit. The press did everything they could yet even they, couldn’t find anything but made up nonsense about Elvis Presley. Elvis bought Graceland for his entire family and he lived and died there. He, along with his relatives including his daughter and grandson, he’d never met are all with him now. In the Deep South, where he was raised there were are 2 groups of people when Elvis was born and later raised. One was white and the other was black or poor, like Elvis’ family. He kept friends close and many were his musicians & backup singers. I don’t believe he ever had a prejudice bone in his body. He was a loyal friend, a real Christian who always treated everyone with respect. He never made the money that people make today and what he had he gave away or shared with others. He was shy and he didn’t drink, smoke or do drugs. He didn’t party and he had his career held back by ‘Colonel’ who lied and never told him of offers for good movies or performances which were passed on in Europe because Colonel Tom Parker didn’t have the documents to leave & re-enter the U.S. and wasn’t about to allow Elvis to go anywhere without him. Elvis was too trusting because he didn’t know anything except to trust people at their word. He didn’t have highly educated people advising him. He had friends. He loved his Mother more than life and said asked about her death, his World Ended. He was a Star before he went in the Army but he insisted on being treated just like everyone else. All anyone has to do to know him is to look closely at what he had at his death. He never spent his money on the things like musicians typically do. He had belt buckles & 2 small planes to travel for concerts. The second & largest was purchased less than 2 years before his death. Elvis’ middle name was ‘’Aron’ not ‘Aaron’ like on his Casket Covering at Graceland. His Mother spelled it Aron on his birth certificate. His father handled his personal affairs. I’m happy to see you’re not allowing people who never knew him to dissuade from his music. He was a true gift to the World who died much too young. His best music was his Gospel Music. Look up all the Awards he’s been given. Thank you for allowing me to have a few words. I love your station. I am watching on both my TV & on my cellphone. 🙏✝🎵 🎶 🎼 Please listen to Elvis sing Andy Williams hit some, ‘I’ll Remember You’ It’s beautiful.
I would have thought this was boring when I was a kid but now that I'm older and played in bands and sang and done stuff my whole life, and know a lot more about all this, this just blows me away. It's a tour de force just like you say. He just brings it, there's no other way to say it. And I love how you shout out to the band because as a musician I'm constantly listening to them and I know a lot about them. There are some UA-cam footage out there you can check out where they rehearse and Elvis does all these Arrangements by the way. Amen right a whole lot of original material because his Joy is in arranging material and then surrounding himself with the best musicians and choirs and then executing it live to communicate a message to people and make them feel emotions. He was a master at it.
I love your reactions president! You’re a good man. I see that you’ve already done the Bridge over troubled water, and that was a good one, but my favorite version is from the 1972 concert. Holy crappolla man! His voice shines like it did on What now my love! Try it out. Take care.
A great display of his vocal abilities. The lyrics of this song are beautiful and sincere. One of my all time favourites of Elvis. Brilliant reaction, great to see you. The glasses really suit you they’re classy love them on you. Thank you 🙏🏻

Patrick, please find time to React. To Elvis’ two early songs “Stuck On You and Polk SaladAnnie”. These songs were phenomenal and never failed to get the girls scream with his passion and interpretive music that made him a sex symbol! Elvis was a totally well-rounded performer and performed every song with heart and fun, fun fun….
This is a French song and it is clear that the composer was inspired by the French composer Ravel's Bolero. Many have recorded this song, but Elvis' version is clearly the best.
You need to check out 'How great thou art 1972' and 'Amazing grace' by Elvis. He will forever be loved and missed. Still sends shivers down me every time I hear his heavenly voice x
All anyone in this world has to do ..... When they seem to lose the feel for music or life itself ...... Is put on some Elvis ..... And within a note or two ...... Regain their power back ..... Just like that ..... That is why people come in droves to a Elvis reaction video ...... He makes it all worth it again ...... Elvis recorded exactly 769 songs ...... And he did them all the same ..... Even Old McDonald ..... And that is why Elvis Aron Presley is King of it all ..... He sang them all ..... PERFECTLY ..... Ever time ..... And makes you feel alive again ..... Cause once you the real Elvis ...... You'll know a one in time ..... God given talent ...... No Brag ..... Just Fact ...... Big N .......
Just a little Trivia for you. One of the backup singers with elvis through the seventies was whitney houston's mother. This thought you would like to know. And she performed with Elvis through all of his seventhese concerts and recordings .
Hi Patrick I'm enjoying the Elvis journey with you this is 2nd time around for me. I've been a fan of Elvis since I was 6yrs old thanks to my dad(rip). I'm now 60yrs old and enjoying your deep meaningful reactions to Elvis's beautiful voice thank you for that. Another song I would love for you to react to is "Mamma liked the Rose's" fitting as mother's day is just around the corner. God bless you Patrick. Forgot to say its a sad song to some extent but meaningful at the time to him and myself now as my mum has now passed 🙏.

The highlight of The Aloha Special! Elvis turns into a Greek god at the end of that song!
Elvis can’t really be explained. He was a genius.

THANK YOU!
No problem. Thank you. I’m kind of glad I’m discovering Elvia music at this age. Because I think it’s meant to be fully appreciated. 💯🙃.
Omg I love this performance
Can you imagine being there, Honolulu and Waikiki especially are beautiful, I've been twice, that and this concert, a dream come true....
He has a voice like no other. He could sang anything. Just beautiful 😍 ❤ ♥ 💕
Try it out. Take care.

Make the World Go Away…oh yes he does! He puts me into a special space that is full of awe and feeds the soul!
Hi President Patrick Smith, you are awesome how you blended in and great comments about Elvis Presley's Voice and how it goes up, down and highestvti the Tip🎉🎉❤❤👍👍🙏🏻🙏🏻👌👌💞💞😘😘☦️🛐🌟🌟
Bellissima Magico Elvis❤️
This is a French song and it is clear that the composer was inspired by the French composer Ravel's Bolero. Many have recorded this song, but Elvis' version is clearly the best.
You need to check out 'How great thou art 1972' and 'Amazing grace' by Elvis. He will forever be loved and missed. Still sends shivers down me every time I hear his heavenly voice x
The man was epic. Full stop. Thank you for your reaction videos.
Love this song even it's very sad!
Did you all know that Elvis’s backup group “ the sweet inspirations” Whitney Houston’s mother is in the group.
❤❤❤ My favorite.
I just love this song!!!!
Just a little Trivia for time. Elvis's performances in the 70s.
Just a little Trivia for you. One of the backup singers with elvis through the seventies was whitney houston's mother. This thought you would like to know. And she performed with Elvis through all of his seventhese concerts and recordings .
There was , is , Elvis ....then everybody else .....
Love that song thank you 🙏🙏😍😍❤
Hi Patrick I'm enjoying the Elvis journey with you this is 2nd time around for me.
