I personally like the animated backgrounds. It brings more personality into the songs I feel. However, I wish they'd compromise with the colored visualizer along with the backgrounds. Don't worry, I'm sure if someone releases a song with out an image, they'll bring it back.
+Starman45 this is a super late comment. But making the visualizer colored would not work. They said they wouldn't because it would cause issues with the background. And white works with anything. So they chose that.

it is... most songs are between 3 and 5 minutes long
neurofunk is an exception though because instead of the typical 2 to 3 drops, a lot of neurofunk tracks only have one with a very long buildup/drop
