Im really worried about the way Genos called that as a "Mad Cyborg" while the people called him "Demon Cyborg" which is kinda identical. My concern is itll literally break our boy Genos' mental if the Mad Cyborg is him all along. Which will lead to him as a Villain where Saitama can finally take him seriously.
That would be awesome twist. And imagine another God appearance leading to Saitama vs cosmic fear Genos, or idk... God Cyborg Genos
Yea Genos being the mad cyborg is the better way to end this plot than it being drive knight who is too obviously a villain already.
The internal conflict inside Genos would also be great as well as a rampaging Genos attack saitama who is half heartedly taking on someone he can truly call a friend
There's no actual way you'll think a cosmic fear genos will actually be good in any capacity.

Orochi being revived as a Cyborg and then becoming the sacrifice is pretty cool.
It goes with your old theory of God's 3 path being Monster, Psychic, and Technology.
Orochi already was a monster and fused with a psychic. Now he only lacks the Technology to become the perfect key for god to comeback.
Whether the fandom thinks drive knight or metal knight is “bad” non of them are good either and both are selfish. Metal knight wanted to nuke t monster association with a kid in it, drive knight did more Terrible things like draining the cities power, leaving genos to die after he’s finished using him, let heroes get hurt to take nyan alive without killing him etc. However imo I would like the mad cyborg to be a the one that is the one gathering all the battle data to get stronger, drive knight could just be his some one that’s helping him as a minion but we will see.
If Metal Knight had been allowed to nuke it, it would have prevented mass damage and (likely) loss of life. There had to be extra casualties in form of collateral damage just from the amount and scale of destruction that Tatsumaki's fight caused. Metal Knight may seem heartless, but it's really hard to argue that he was actually wrong. He's just less idealistic and more data based in his decisions than most others. I think by far the worst thing he's been shown to do is to not seriously try to stop the asteroid when he likely could have dedicated enough resources to do so, but it's possible even then that he had a legitimate reason to not do so.

My excuse for metal knight is that he has to say put as he doesn’t want his creation to get into t he hands of the organization. Maybe he’s truly preparing for gods arrival or the mad cyborg appearance.
To be fair the s class would’ve loss if saitama wasn’t around. And they got lucky the organization didn’t try anything. Even tho it is morally “wrong” humanity could have easily lost that day and his nuking would’ve been safer

I suggest you to search about Hoor Paar Krat and Heru Ra ha, both different manifestations of Horus. I think it's a valid search cause in works of symbolism and interpretation, a lot of the times there is no intent from the writer/creator to create these parallels, but even when that is the case, the theories that are born from said symbolysms are proven right later. I see similar aspects of the dr.light/Dr wily story from mega man as well. Kuseno, being like light, creating a tech even the others cannot figure out(megaman) and drive Knight (zero). Protoman could very well be the mad cyborg, he has a fatal defect in the megaman series. Could be that drive Knight is protoman, not sure where his allegiance lies. Then the final creation of oroki/metal Knight is zero. Able to tank genos until the real main character steps in. Or it could be coincidence

It seems like it has been forgotten bc the monster war arc was delayed and reworked several times, stopping those threads as well. Like 7 years worth, but if you look at it linearly, it’s been just an arc and it hasn’t been forgotten at all. Opm really isn’t that long of a story so far but seems like it bc of that arc lol

I thought maybe Genos is the mad cyborg. He will take on gods power to achieve Saitama level power and with his double cores time travel experience he will go back and destroy his village creating himself in a time loop once he loses his mind.

What if Genos is the mad cyborg and he went back in time to fight the mad cyborg after getting a power up from god (using cosmic garos technique, he has memories of Garo teaching saitama). Then when he got there he lost control and destroyed everything until saitama brought him back to the present making him realize that he was always the mad cyborg. Also I think Drive Knight is to Dr Kuseno as Metal Knight is to Dr Bufoi. Maybe they’re old rivals and Kuseno feels cheated by Bufoi in some way. I don’t think Kuseno is dead because he can always put his brain in drive knoght

My simple theory is that Drive Knight has the same face design with most of the robot in the Organization, flat horizontal eyes with red pupil in the middle. That alone just looks shady for me 😷 (let alone that moment DK refuse to fight against G5)

Dr kuseno used to be part of the organization, created G-1 (Genos) the true mad cyborg who went on a rampage after his cyborgifcation caused an irregularity in his brain due to obtaining an over abundance of strength.

And some will probably be enhanced with demon/ monster flesh thats needed as fuel or to create cybernetic monsters and their abilities and fighting styles.

Question, did you just Google random pictures for horus/set or have you ever played smite? If not, I get the feeling you might like it! It’s a MOBA based off mythology. That’s where some of those pictures came from.
I feel like the only evidence to metal knight actually being evil/ and/or the mad cyborg is just the fact that he was apparently uncaring about what happened to city z with the meteor and only claimed to be testing his weapons. But other than that, I think everything else is more on the "cold, rational, calculating" side rather than just downright evil. In his mind, he's just choosing between sacrificing one person or sacrificing countless civilians.
Like, we've even seen metal knight seemingly have morals and be upset with the corruption in the hero association and how easy they were to manipulate. It's not like he expressed those thoughts because he was lying to someone as well. He was completely alone when he said that
So like the only reason to suspect metal knight is mostly just "cause drive knight said so"

I don't think city Z meteor situation is like any worse than the other cold and rational moments of Bofoi. Remember that Bofoi did try to take down the meteor using his new missiles and when that didn't work obviously he'd run away as there was nothing he could do next. Also worth noting that he was one of the three S-class that actually went to city Z to try and do something about the meteor so him being uncaring about the city and only claiming to test his weapons is not really evil. Rather he just doesn't really trust anyone so he's cold to everyone.

I think that Zhoniin's theory that Drive Knight is Bofoi's son who went mad and disappeared when his brain malfunctioned after being turned into a cyborg, due to to god's intervention plus he having a grudge and vendetta against his father, it might make sense why Bofoi is the way he is, cold, rational, calculating, avoids and doesn't trust anyone, avoids and doesn't trust his former apprentice Child Emperor, he goes into hiding and isolates himself, because Bofoi doesn't want to form relationships and become attached to anyone in fear of losing someone else as well, the same way he lost his son. I also think Bofoi and Dr. Kuseno could've had a connection, they worked together as scientists.

So most likely Drive Knight woke up as a cyborg after whatever surgery went crazy and destroyed a bunch of villages or possibly he was from the same town or Village as genos and that's why his village was destroyed and so on and so forth.

I think it'll either be as simple as there both evil. It's a misunderstanding, or Metal knight will be evil just to spite the fans who have had this theory for years
I feel like that's way too obvious. Even though I agree it definitely makes sense, I'm hoping he subverts everyone's expectations and it turns out drive knight is actually good for a nice plot twist.
I don't believe either is a villain, even though they they're jerks, I think the organization made the other one thinks they're the villain, in short I think both Metal Knight and Drive Knight are innocent and are being used against each other, the reason I think that is because they give off too much of an antagonistic vibe that it's just too obvious, the Mad Cyborg maybe an entirely separate character, and probably the one running the organization.
All the evidence points to drive knight being a bad guy, but I really hope it’s a red herring bc it’s too obvious to be a satisfying reveal

I have to agree that it's more likely Drive Knight is likely to be the "Mad Cyborg," as Metal Knight technically isn't any of his "suits," and my understanding is that he either remotely pilots them or programs a routine. He's a jerk, but I don't think he would intentionally cause mayhem, but I think we understand far less about Drive Knight and his motivations which makes him suspect.
