This is where I've been up to for a little while now. Getting out of the all or nothing mentality. Now I realise it's worth doing even if it's worth doing badly. Or even seeing how many imperfect scattered dots I can get on the calendar, instead of streaks.
The imperfect scattered dots (cool terminology) is the sign you're wrestling with formidable foes. If you had an X on everyday of the calendar it's likely you're not challenging yourself and not growing. I could put a X on my calendar for everyday I brush my teeth and have a perfect streak but I never had any issue with consistence in this area in the first place.

Seriously, this is the biggest thing I have to monitor very closely.
Same! I've found a particular style of journalling helps. Plus using the value of acceptance - don't need to fight the perfectionism just be aware and respond differently. Do you journal?
