- Here are my top tips for caring for a sick baby. These hacks are tried and tested and work well to help you care for a sick newborn or older baby. It can be so hard to cope with an unwell baby or toddler and these natural and medicinal remedies are some of my favourite go-to hacks.

For congestion it helped my little one to elevate his head while sleeping a little, i just put some towels under the top of his bassinet.

I'd like to add that for the tip for taking them out and about, this means at the park, walking your neighborhood or walking around your yard. NOT indoor places where your baby can get others sick. Nobody likes sitting in a restaurant or store next to a snotty, coughing baby
