K-cup's talking about her dad brought tears to my eyes...God is all over her story!
It truly saddens my heart to hear the many misconceptions that people have about the Catholic faith. I just wanted to clarify that as a devout Catholic, I can say with 100% certainty that we believe in the importance of a personal relationship with Jesus.
I would also like to clarify I know this to be true ❤️ it’s sad that it’s a reality a lot of people face but I know there are amazing catholic churches as well that preach & believe in the importance of personal relationship as well. Thank you for giving me a chance to mention this!

@AllieSchnacky it's not about what catholic "churches" preach, there's only one catholic church. The most personal relationship you can have with Jesus is by literally receiving him and you cannot do that anywhere but in the catholic/ orthodox church.

There’s something so sweet and special about Kristin.
As a mom of 4 it’s so refreshing to see such God fearing women showing their love for God! I have seen KCup come out of her shell and show the amazing person God has made her. I will say Noah is blessed to have such an amazing woman love him. We all are blessed that that she’s sharing with the world her amazing heart❤
I've grown up with a multitude of mental disorders and I am so grateful for Kcup's testimony. I resonate with her story on so many levels and hers was the first testimony I heard that I truly connected with. I have no doubt in my mind that she was born to speak and share the word of God. She has such a special way with words.

Honestly I think out of the group, I identify most with KCups struggles! I’m so thankful she spoke up and this was really helpful in a t season where there has been sudden death in my family, best friend diagnosed with cancer and I’ve always had anxiety but it has felt exasperated lately. And this was such an encouragement

Married to a godly man and we have 4 kids. Im still battling negative thoughts...its so true that focusing on truths from Gods Word are what helps anxiety...even from childhood truama. It takes so much work and it is easy to get weary in well doing, but in due season we will reap if we faint not❤. Thanks ladies for the reminder it is a constant pursuit of God.

Yesterday I didn't wanted to be here anymore, I struggle with anxiety. I came home from school and my mom told me to watch this and I did. it helped me so much thank you!
Anxiety is something that I deal with on a DAILY BASIS...To know that I am not alone in this fight and that it is REAL made this episode truly hit home. Thank you both for showing that even though we deal anxiety, God is SO MUCH BIGGER and we need to get practical with it.
A big takeaway for me was that in Kcup's testimony, she said that she moved away to her happy place, aka DISNEY (which truly is the happiest place on EARTH no question) and doing that in a way distracted her from her thoughts and anxiety. Sometimes all you need to do is change your environment; go on a drive, go take that spontaneous vacation, go out and treat yourself to Starbucks.
LIKE WOW, it is crazy how important the ENVIRONMENT around us truly is and how it can IMPACT your mind.
Something also that really hit me was Kcup's statement that: "You move in the direction of your strongest thought." DANG, that is SO TRUE and EYE OPENING.
ALLIE this episode was amazing and we do need Kcup back for more in the future!!
Wow! I loved hearing Kcup's testimony and listening to her speak with such authority on anxiety and her faith. I also liked how practical Kcup was with some of the things she said that have helped her with her anxiety. So many good nuggets in this episode.
Hearing Kristin’s testimony is inspiring and encouraging. I like how she uses video game levels in her analogy to become a better Christian.
I just love listening to Allie’s preaching. I can see the fervor of her love to share and spread the word of Christ and she is succeeding! God bless you both.
God showed up in my life during the hardest time in my life. My wife of 28 years was on life support for 4.5 weeks during the end of November through most of the month of December. I did not know if Linda(wife) was saved but knew that He would heal her. To me there is 2 places He can heal a person. 1) down here which is temporary since our life is only temporary down here. )2 call her home and completely and permanently heal her. 2 -3 nights before Linda left in a dream , Linda told me she needed my permission to go with Jesus. No I do not want her back down here, do I miss Linda, every single day. But once they are in the complete presence of God in Heaven I do not want her to leave. I know someday I’ll be with her again.
I had a similar experience. My husband caught meningitis back in July last year, he was in the hospital 11 days. He came home for two months and forced himself back to work. The day of our three year wedding anniversary I had a voice pop in my head saying, “he’s going to die”. And I responded with, “look at him, this world cannot provide him with the health he needs to heal.” And the next day he went to work and unfortunately had a work accident. I do believe God wants us to know peace when taking the ones we love. So sorry for your loss
This vlog was amazing and my favorite so far!! KCup was so worried about not being well spoken but her realness is so refreshing in a world of fakeness. Especially in social media. This was such a timely episode as I feel like God has been really trying to get the message across that I don’t need to worry then as soon as I saw the title I clicked on so fast! Thank you so much K cup and Allie for being honest and vulnerable too and opening up about the reality of struggling with things like anxiety and grief as a Christian and we’re all so proud of you both for doing ministry and sharing the good news of Jesus to increase the Kingdom and I pray that God blesses you all the days of your lives 🙏🏾❤
My dad passed when I was 4 years old. I am 17 now but still struggle with a lot that kcup discussed in this vid. She is genuinely so relatable and inspiring and makes me feel less alone. ❤

I remember that day because I was working at Virgin Atlantic Airways headquarters in Norwalk CT. What an amazing podcast and moving story of KCup telling about her dad on 9/11. My sister was working downtown and the Cell Phones were not working and took a while to through. She had to walk uptown. After 9/11 my sister moved with her family to CT. I know this is not easy for KCup to talk about. Hugs to KCup❤❤❤❤

Catholicism and the Latin mass is truly beautiful. It’s a beautiful faith, and I do believe there’s a spiritual reason on why people attack the Catholic Faith so much. I was raised Catholic and when I questioned my faith I returned right back to it as I’ve gotten older. There’s many misconceptions on the Catholic faith. May God bless you both and your journey with our Father in heaven who is in every heart who desires to know him and chooses to follow him.

I truly got help from this !! I have had panic attacks my whole life even still at 57.. I fear going to hell.. I ask Jesus to save my soul over and over …. I fear death and hell … I pray daily all day and starting to get back into my Bible, Gods Word.. please pray for this Momma that lives on a cow farm in Georgia ..

Jesus did the rest! We are saved by grace THROUGH faith! The fear of going to hell means we fear we are doing (or are not doing) something to deserve it. But grace (undeserved favor) means Jesus’ sacrifice was all we need🙏🏼

Such a powerful testimony Kcup.❤ I can't agree about chatholiscm. I am catholic and it is beautiful and of course, God can free you from anything. We read the Bible too and Of course, God speaks to everyone. Rosery is one of the most beautiful prayers we pray. Allie talked about Holy Communion. Maybe you just didn't hear(come in touch) from the right people. Because for me my faith is everything, God has always helped me at the deepest points in my life.

I have that same fear of losing my mom and I can never be home alone and I want to be better at it.
As someone who has bipolar disorder and “hears” intrusive thoughts I hate when people say “ it’s not a real problem” because it’s real to me. Yea I don’t believe those intrusions about God but hearing them in your head is still hard. From the moment I wake up I’m fine and then all of a sudden my head remembers those words and it’s torture all day. Questioning why I’m doing this and how etc.
it may not be real to people who don’t have it and yes other people have real concrete issues but it’s still hard

This was so amazing! God is so real! I do want to add that you guys kept saying “negative feedback loop,” but I think you meant positive feedback loop. A positive feedback loop is called that because it adds. A negative feedback loop is when the stimulus happens and is corrected or subtracted. I love yall! You are so inspiring!
