So I built one of these that is an actual flamethrower.... dang I wish I had access to some of these tools. How you are able to shape the metal so easily is incredible!
Very inspiring. Great work. Thanks for all the advice. Already did gloves and cape from you. Your weathering tips for the shin guard-easy to follow. Thank you sir. Keep up the great work.
Really an excellent job done again! I am really interested in the weight of those armor plates. Especially in comparison to a more traditional ABS build. Could you give an estimate how heavy the whole metal together really is? I mean it's probably still quite light, on the other hand there is a lot of it...
What are the hinges called you used to hold each side together? I have 3D printed ones I need to cut in half, because my hands are to big. I want to use something on that line to connect them back together.
Are there templates that you used cause I want to make my own #Mando costume but I don’t have any templates for the Gauntlets and the bottom armour pieces as well.
It pins on using hinges It fits well and is pretty comfortable without padding but who knows I may change my mind after the first round of wearing it and throw padding in it
A mazing ! It's like magic. I wonder what the originals are made out of does anyone know ? Pls don't tell me it's beskar & whats C2E2 ? Sounds like an Astro mech to me.
TheWeldingGeek thanks for the information much appreciated. I'm sure your right they must have had multiples of everything i guess. c2e2 Should be great I wish i could be there to see your total build it's got to be better than the original, fantastic work my friend. I look forward to seeing some film of this !
how heavy will the whole armor set be when it is done. also you should cut off the strings on your hoodie so that they cant get caught in rotating machinery. just looking out for your safety. awsome video as always and i cant wait to see how you will make the songbird launcher on the other gauntlet. one last thing, i prefer your narrated videos over non narrated.
Hey the weldingGeek, love your videos:). I'm currently building my own mandalorian inspired costume, hoping to join the mandalorian merc in the process 👍🏽. I'm currently on the last part of my costume, witch is the gauntlets. I noticed the you have the led display on yours, as I hoping to add a similar display with mandoa letters on my own costume. Could you give me any advise where I could purchase one of these, or make one myself?, I live in the uk. Anyway all the best, keep up the great videos.
Hey Matt...loved the video regarding the flamethrower. Just got added to The Mandalorian Costuming Group & I messaged Jon Breazile. Haven't had much luck getting a response. If u can help me reach him I would greatly appreciate it. Thank u & love the videos.
Your basically the mandalorian that makes everyone’s armour 👌🏻🔥
2x speed with mando theme in the background......great way to watch!
I really liked the build. I prefer your narrated videos though.

Looks great, can't wait to see it all together!
At least a propane torch, and how about a bunch of bottle rockets for the whistling birds? May the Schwartz be with you.
why can't we like twice, cool video...

That’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen goddamn
I haven't seen all of the videos, but was wondering if you're going to do the rifle build. That would be awesome.
Incredible craftsmanship!
Do you have the information on the L.E.D light kit you bought for your awesome gauntlet? I would love to get one for mine.
This is the way
That's so awesome! Why can't we all just be dressed in armor every day? Screw normal clothing!
Awesome work. Where did you get your patterns?
I'll be at C2E2 in Chicago. Looking forward to finding you in the crowd.
Where did you get the stencils for the armor?
oooooo! very nice!!!
Absolutely awesome!!!!

Wish it would work as a flamethrower
nice
Your work is amazing. Would you ever consider making a Sabine Wren helmet?
Nice

ang galing po
Thank you for the great videos! Will the gauntlet templates be on your Facebook group? 🙂
How do you keep the wrist piece in place on the costume? Are you putting padding {ie Foam} inside it for comfort?
It pins on using hinges It fits well and is pretty comfortable without padding but who knows I may change my mind after the first round of wearing it and throw padding in it
Did you make the templates yourself?

My guess is that they are like a resin cast or something and c2e2 is Chicago’s big convention

Can you post a link to the post on how to make the gauntlet display?
Tried looking for it. Couldn't find it.
Hopefully this works github.com/Breazile/MandoPuter

Why isn’t it w real flame thrower?
do you share files?
Why did you hold a nozzle (the one wire the blue hose) onto one of the pieces
Looks to be compressed air, to cool the part more quickly.
Grendelprime is exactly right cools it down faster
TheWeldingGeek ah, ok. Thanks for confirming
what other things do you make matt just wondering is it all starwars related?
I plan on doing some fallout stuff and other things along with some how to videos on fabricating
