INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 LARGE SIZE POTATO
CUT
POUR IN HOT WATER & BOIL
PEEL THE SKIN
GRATE
MASH WELL
½ TSP RED CHILLI FLAKES
¼ TSP TURMARIC POWDER
1 TSP CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP CORIANDER LEAVES
1 TSP MUSTARD OIL
SALT AS PER TASTE
MIX WELL
1 CUP FLOUR
1 & 1/3 CUP WATER
MIX WELL
MIX THE POTATO MIXTURE
BRUSH OIL ON FRY PAN
POUR THE BATTER & SPREAD EVENLY
FRY WELL BOTH SIDE
POUR 1 TSP OIL
