So this track is great, it's called Heartless and it's a riff off of an ARR track, The Maker's Ruin. So The Maker's Ruin leitmotif is used as the player's theme, showing up in the most triumphant battles (for example it's part of With Hearts Aligned in the final 6.0 trial). In this fight, though, Omega is trying to understand why it can't defeat you by copying you, the player, and so uses your own theme during the fight.
My favorite track in the game. The drums, strings, and horns are constantly pushing and pulling you around, and the mixing of Prelude and Maker's Ruin gives it a real "this is the final final boss" feel to the fight, along with the fact that the fight is basically a robot alien desperately trying to understand/emulate/destroy you.
