If the copies are good and the printouts have a defect, perform calibration again. Sometimes it is necessary to perform the entire calibration process several times.

If you've reset your memory it's very bad. You need to find the copier's factory settings - most often they are hidden on a piece of paper on the front cover, under a picture instruction. You must enter all the settings from the sheet into the copier. A copier memory reset is never performed!
mine keep saying fail when putting back the paper to scan... why?

Podría ser algo del revelador? (Lo que me extraña es que sean el revelador de todos los colores) que podrá ser? Saludos y gracias

The Ricoh MPC2003 machine is a newer model, but definitely slower because it makes 20 copies per minute. The Ricoh MPC3002 is an older device that runs at 30 copies per minute. I left the MPC2003 in my office because it is very quiet and the speed is sufficient for me. I have no problems with it.

Dear Sir, In my Ricoh MP-C2003, Test page in good quality black. But the printer "THE LINES AND FONTS are Thin" The other colours are OK. I tried few software driver versions. But the fault remain same. I set the "FORCE TONER SUPPLY" increase for Black. It get more darker fonts, but Lines and Fonts are thin. Please help me.
