- Today on 3rd February nearly a quarter of Leh Ladakh's adult population gathered at the historic polo ground in Leh to appeal to the Prime Minister for the restoration of democracy in Ladakh and its safeguard under the 6th Schedule of the Indian constitution.
In this video, Sonam Wangchuk makes a direct appeal to the Indian Prime minister to keep the promises they made on various occasions. While Sonam Wangchuk announced his 21-day fast Mr Thupstan Chhewang former BJP MP and Senior most leader from Ladakh announced that he will be going on fast unto death if the talks with the centre fail on 19th February.

Except 1 or 2 states no one had issues with the farm bill. Mining and other industrial activities could be done in demarcated zones but not everywhere. They are also asking for their representation in India’s democracy just like any other state through electoral selection. Please listen to their demands carefully and then speak.

Ladakh should be unanimous and clear about the demands in one voice as already proposed by APEX body & KDA
1. Statehood
2. Safeguard under 6th schedule
3. PSC / SSRB
4. 2 Lok Sabha Seats
The demands should not be derailed and diluted by raising alternative demands
Article 370 abolition was important for Ladakh Existence but it takes 70yr 😔 after that 6th schedule of indian constitution is important for ladakh voice. I don't want it will take another 70yr . Ladakh is the crown of Bharat . we are with you our phadi brother its not your demand its your right😌 love and support from Devbhoomi Uttrakhand🙏

But i am great follower of wnagchuk sir . & his 4 point Agenda..I support his demand to save natural resources of ladakh and ladakhi people.. Do you even understand what he want to say? On name of paryavaran he want to say stop entry of other Indians in Ladakh. He seems separatist just like Gilani of Kashmir.

Ladakh ko itna bada area bana diya to ab Inke munh me bhi laddu fut raha hai aur ab inhone bhi separatist ki bhasha bolna shuru kar di hai. Ye kya keh raha hai ki India ke log Ladakh me na aaye aur vaha business na kare.

@@dkjb5756 ye huyi na bat. Vahi mai keh raha hu. North east ke log yaha aate hai. Property lete hai. Job karte hai lekin ham vaha nahi reh sakte na property le sakte hai na koyi chhoti si industry dal sakte hai. Ye aek taraf love hai. Ye aisa hai ki cow hamare hisse me cows ko khilana aur unke hisse me dudh. Jyadatar North east states aur Kashmir sirf name ke hi Indian states hai. Ab Ladakh bhi vahi mang kar raha hai.

Ladakh needs an administrator like Sonam Wangchuk Sir who totally understand the situation of this type of region & who is very conscious about environmental welfare.
