Diana changed & grew as a person into the strong woman she became. She helped so many people and still does from her charities etc. Her legacy is compassion, empathy, kindness, unconditional love! Hopefully she is at peace she deserves more than anyone I know. We were blessed with a fantastic people princess!

I'm an American who doesn't think much of royalty. However, I've always loved Princess Diana from the very beginning. An innocent soul who couldn't possibly know about real life at 19 (like all of us). She was truly in love with Charles, but he chose to betray her. He should've kicked Camilla back to her factory settings and be done with her. What a coward.

Now if he loved her and slept with her often without contraceptions back in the day ofc she was pregnant frequently... Talk about queen Victoria and her husband who were married for a short time since he died young but had so many offsprings and it's well documented she was very physically intimate with him throughout their marriage which caused her frequent pregnancies though she hated being pregnant and looked at it as a price to pay to be with her husband.. After his son took him prisoner due to all the money he spent on taj mahal and claimed the throne he requested he be kept in a place where he could see her tomb every day and he was given that wish... @@miss0Sweetheart That he said that out loud in that bungling way, I suppose, shows how emotionally damaged he is, really, from the emotional restraints and very specific expectations under which he was raised.
A century before, he would have been married off to someone who was raised in a similar way, and they would have had similar expectations-- and he and that woman would either have had a better chance at happiness,
OR she might have not expected much romantic love or fidelity from the relationship.
She would give him children and behave with dignity, he would make her a queen and honour her as such...and they likely would not have expected much else of each other.
      Sad, but uniform.
But Charles, raised as he was, marrying someone raised, more or less, as "normal" person? And expecting her to not notice or just overlook the fact that he was already married to someone else in all but law, and would be mostly emotionally unavailable to her? Expecting her to totally efface herself and suppress all her emotions for him, and do it with stoic dignity?
That was a serious mistake, because those are startlingly unhealthy expectations in the rest of society.

True, Camilla is a bitch old woman and correction pls. for me Charles doesn't deserve to be called as "Prince" for everything he did to Princess Diana. The heartless EX-husband and the "OTHER" woman (was and will always be) who ruined Princess Diana's life, sorry to say but these two are really unforgivable!

@@fantom1913 I don't think these people have gotten facts just from newspaper articles or whatever they've read in the tabloids if you look at the fact that she was 19 and very naive and Charles was 30 and had to pick a wife who was a virgin because that's what the queen wanted so all I've read is how everything is Camilla's fault yes it is but it's Charles fault and it's the Queen's fault the queen forced him to marry her he didn't do it on his own that's for sure unfortunately she died way too young she is the people's princess how William and Harry could even forgive their father for what he has done and did to her and having the affair he did with Camilla for so many years Camilla should have been the one he married not poor Diana she was a beautiful and wonderful and the Queen's princess she always will babe so let's not forget that the queen was evolved in this it wasn't just Charles and for that matter Camilla was the one that picked out her and along with the fact that she picked out high Grove where Diana did love to go with the children when they were small so Camilla and Charles how they can even live with themselves for what they did to this princess and then take her hrh away is disgusting and how he can even be put on the throne as king when the queen dies pass it on to William for sure!!! I watched their wedding and I watched everything that there was about Diana and read everything I could about their relationship and about her and she was the people's princess and she always will be she should have been Queen this shouldn't have happened she was murdered look at the facts they're doing an investigation again the royal family just gets away with whatever they want what do you expect they're called The firm!!!
