      First figure out what are your distractions Instagram what'sapp or people around you..
      If your phone is your distraction then try this
      • turn off notification
      •Promodoro technique
      Set realistic goals like 20 minutes then 2 mins break but don't open your phone in those 2 mins bcoz once you start scrolling you can't stop yourself..
      •reward yourself
      •Avoid Multitasking
      DO ONE THING AT A TIME !!
      Take control over your brain and start working your ultimate goal is becoming a successful person not just becoming an INSTAGRAM USER!!
