I left rajkot before 10 years, did spend my first 20 months of corporate experience there and now in ahmedabad, "chapdi undhiyu" is the one food I still miss, loved this food item there❤, when I had it before years sittting was not on table it was on the ground(foot path😂)

This one seems to be mouth watering 🤤 That’s a wonderful plate / platter Chapdi Undhiyu , spicy chutney , Papad & your favourite Chilli 👍 You have truly turned into a Gujju ( accent better or equal to a Gujju ) . Oh the name of the whole dish is Taavo 👌👌 I really want to try this one - right now 😀 I was sure that you would enjoy the Lasooni Chutney . It’s a great condiment to elevate the flavour of the dish 💯💯 Next pitstop is at Raj Pav Bhaji . The chef is literally “butchering” the Dosa . No way for a purist 😂😂 It’s butter loaded Pav Bhaji and it has passed your Pav ( bounce ) test 👏🏼👏🏼 So happy that you thoroughly relished the PB ( looks like it’s a mix of mashed PB & Khada PB in terms of texture) 👌 Next dish is the regular Masala Dosa ( thank God you tried a regular one ) . Yes I agree Vadodara also was famous for Malai Gola 😋 Wow it’s so tempting to watch the IC vendor to prepare the Kesar , Mawa Malai and dry fruits Gola 💯💯💯 Yes you recollected the ICE dish with Gayan which you had in Vadodara 👌 The amazing bros are thoroughly enjoying the refreshing, cold & flavourful Ice Gola 😋😋 Your vlog thankfully has come just before my dinner .
