3:05 I found that surprising. Wouldn't people feel surprised or even betrayed that they filled out your anonymous survey and now you're trying to pin them down to a specific demographic? I'm just used to answering them first

If they don't answer then you still have useful information. It hasn't been my experience.

@DrNic agreed, I've done two surveys like that since watching this video, and got 99% response rate on demographics. I clearly stated it was optional, plus we were careful to keep a minimum cell size of more than 5 respondents. Not very invasive as a consequence
